    I purchased 4 tickets to the Lourve/skip the line for May 1, 2024. When will arrived, we found the roof was closed due to French Labor Day. Find a tour should have been aware of the scheduled closings of the museum. I will not use Fadal again.

    The Louvre is amazing! You could spend a week there and not see the same thing. The tickets showed up 90 minutes before the tour and were for a half hour later than we planned. I tried to check with the tour operator to see why it was so late but he takes too long to respond. Great tour, I would pick a different operator though

    The Tour company kept in touch via what’a app. Sent our tickets electronically the morning of the visit. Scanned tickets at group entrance with no problems. Skipped the lines which were super long. Tour rep was responsive to questions. We had a great visit.

    The Louvee was FABULOUS but I never received instructions where to find my 12pm group. We arrived at 11:00am for a Noon tour and walked around for 3 hours before we joined a 2pm tour. I suggest you have someone outside in a COLORED shirt with your name plus a sign with your name on a pole to guide clients inside for their tour. We were so frustrated and so were others trying to find VIATOR. I would never ever recommend your company unless you improve instructions. The tour guide happen to be Tour Guide of the Louvee 2023. He was Amazing!

    Fraud… don’t do it

    This was a total scam. On the morning of my tour I tried to get information regarding meeting time and place with no luck. When I got to the outside of the museum I got ahold of my supposed “tour guide” who at first was trying to give me directions to meet with him. Then he sends me a voice note that I needed to make a super long security line and he would purchase my museum tickets. At that point I told him the whole thing was fraud, not to buy my tickets because I literally purchased the tour to skip the line. He said it was a very busy day at the museum. I told him I wanted a refund and would report to my credit card company. In the end, because I was traveling with my disabled grandmother, we completely skipped the line for free with her handicap placard. Also, museum admission was free for both my children, my disabled grandmother and a companion. We only paid 88 euros total for 4 adult admissions. Do not waste your time or throw away your money on this fraudulent tour.

    At first I cannot open the voucher on Viator website. It was so hard to reach the operator to send voucher on WhatsApp which they only sent 30minutes after the admission time. I was late waiting for the ticket and was told to go to another entrance and waited in line again. At this point, it was already past 1hour. I have my young kids waiting in a freezing weather. Next, I paid for audio guided tour and when I got inside I was told I have to pay extra. The fact that I have to wait in line to get the ticket and again wait in line to ask for headsets was totally a waste of time. This is so unorganized, poor communication and lastly it ruined my family’s experience and time at the Louvre. People travel across the globe to see Louvre, our time is constrained if we miss it we might never get to visit again. Viator shouldn’t allow operators like this. What a total waste of money and time.

    Cette offre est une arnaque, arrivé au musée, il n'y avait pas d'entrée coupe fil et l'agent de sécurité nous a dit que cette option était une fraude connue. Il nous a indiqué que les billets était vendue sur le site officiel du musé et qu'autrement c'était une arnaque, un revendeur (scalper). Les mêmes billets (audio guide, entrée et sans le mensonge coupe fil) sont 40$ Cad au lieu de 45$ Cad. Si vous prévoyer aller au musé, comptez minimum 30 min d'attente pour entrée ( avec billets ).

    A entrada foi bastante prática e simples com o ingresso, consegui entrar rápido e furar fila. Mas entrei no museu antes de contatar meu guia e nos perdemos. Acabei seguindo sem ele, mas ele esteve comigo pelo whatsapp e foi muito gentil e solícito.
