        I’m a tourist as not aware about the Museum is close on Tuesday. Can’t download app prior to appointment date. False advertisement , Tuesday Museum is closed didn’t indicate anything about this issue after booking on that date showing can’t go inside. You skip the line and can’t go inside. After booking and no cancellation then it shows that you can’t go inside. Probably some other days are okay if Museum is open . I it is a Scam not to indicate that Tuesday Museum is close and still sell and advertise as if it is open.

        What a scam! The title says "Skip The line Louvre Museum Ticket and Guided Tour" but the ticket deceptively is only a tour of the outside of the Lourve, not the inside. Even after paying $55 for a scam, I decided to attend since I paid for it. I arrived 20 minutes prior the tour at meeting location. I walked around the area for 15 minuts looking for the tour guide. I messaged the tour operator and tried calling several times. Finally, 5 minutes after the tour was supposed to start, I called Viator to see if they could help. They could not reach the tour operator either. SCAM!!! luckily they refunded me but beware of this company.

        First and foremost, our guide, Claudia was beyond excellent. It was a little challenging at first finding our group because there’s several other groups there plus it was raining. Spend the extra money and skip the line entering the facility, took less than five minutes to go through security and ticketing. The museum is so large our guide was extremely helpful and took us to most of the more famous pieces and also asked us if we wanted to see other parts, we were there a little under 3 hours and I was more than happy with that. There’s a metro stop within the Louve. Very easy to access. Enjoy.

        Disappointing Louvre Tour Experience

        HelloI recently booked a guided tour of the Louvre through Viator, and unfortunately, my family and I were left feeling extremely disappointed with the experience. The guide provided was not very clear in their communication, making it difficult for us to understand the information being presented. Additionally, the tour started late and ran over the allotted time, forcing us to leave early and miss out on the final portion of the tour. Furthermore, the explanations given by the guide regarding the paintings and sculptures were disappointingly basic and lacked depth. As a result, we did not feel fully immersed in the experience and were unable to appreciate the beauty of the museum as much as we had hoped. Overall, I would caution others considering booking this tour to be aware of the subpar experience we encountered. While the Louvre itself is undoubtedly magnificent, our tour did not live up to expectations due to the shortcomings of the guide provided. The only thing it was helpful for was to skip the line and the guide pointing to the most important paintings and sculptures. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions when planning their visit to the Louvre.

        The tour guide was good, but trying to find the actual tour group was terrible. No indication as to who we were supposed to join. We had to ask a few group leaders if they were our group. We spent a lot of time getting organized, but once we were off, we saw some amazing art. The rate we move was, however, a bit slow for our tastes.

        After you look at the line to get in, the skip the line tour is worth every penny. We saw the highlights and got a lot of really fun info on the way. At the end you can go back for more if you like. Guide was extremely knowledgeable.

When I called the number on my booking the person told me sorry but I cannot help you because I wouldn’t know who to call seeing we don’t know who the guide is! I thought that was odd seeing this was the number listed on the confirmation paperwork!
