        Rocky start, ended nice

        The start of the tour was very bumpy. We were given strict instructions on where to meet and to look for someone with a bright green cap and holding an 8x11 sign. Couldn’t find them anywhere. I got in contact with the company who assured me repeatedly they were there. I assured them he was not. They questioned if I was in the right place, I was. Well we got a call back that he is wearing a blue cap (not bright green like everything we were told) and the guy had no sign. Extremely frustrating. Lunch at the Eiffel was wonderful, would definitely recommend. When we met Imene for the second half of our tour (new tour guide) she was very friendly, knowledgeable and it was nice hearing what she had to say about the boat tour and the louvre.

        Mediocre but lunch was very good

        Our guide a young lady was exceptionally knowledgeable and conversant on Parisian history. The tour time however was to compressed. The boat ride was a public water taxi and was useless. It left us insufficient time at the louvre. We were not taken to the museum entrance but left a quarter mile away with a here’s how you get there. Lunch at madame brassiere’s was very nice quite good in fact. In all not a good value

        The company is excellent with regard to availability and follow up. I could not find the initial meeting point and someone guided me to it and stayed on the phone until I reached the location.Thereafter I decided to finish the tour independently and they called me to see if I was ok. If you want to avoid the hassle of booking on your own, I recommend this Agency because of the customer service was outstanding.

        Lunch was fabulous! Tour guide Yemisi was fantastic. Group tour conductor left a lot to be figured out on your own. …There was…NEVER…a ‘flag’ or other identifyer. She was very disappointing…but Eiffel Tour guide, Edmund, connected us before things too out of hand. Several other clients complained on lack of information.

        Lovely tour with the lovely Paula as our guide. She was so engaging & informative. Only snag was that the Viator rep I spoke to when I booked the tour, confirmed the tour included elevator to 2nd floor. However this was misinformation. It only include 1st floor. Otherwise, everything went like clockwork. Merci
