A good one-hour sightseeing tour. However, a 30-minute departure delay required changing boats, the only information coming via a muffled announcement and the sight of fellow customers abandoning ship! Presumably a rare incident but should have been managed better.

Got to see many of the tourist attractions in Paris that are visible from the Seine River along with a tour guide explanations. At times it was difficult to hear the tour guide. Also, I paid for champagne but since I did not have a printed copy of my ticket which slowed that option I did not receive the champagne. My booking should have showed that option and the tour should have had a record.

I wasn't told that due to high water levels the cruise would be cut short and not pass any of the major monuments. While I understand this is outside of the group's control, they could've indicated this to customers and given them the option to be refunded instead of them finding out after the boat had already left the shore. Also, apparently the high water levels had been an issue for the entire week/ wasn't a surprise. Poor communication all around!

Our trip was abbreviated due to flooding and high river waters. Boat was delayed and crowded on the lower deck as the top deck was niot able to be used due to the highwaters. We also had to rlturn around earlier than usual and did not get to go be Notre Dame.

The cruise was difficult to endure. The sites we were going to see changed because of flooding. We decided to still go on it with free soft drink tickets being offered. I have no idea what they were showing us partly due to not being able to hear what the guide was saying and partly due to the wild feral children running about spilling their drinks everywhere. Was a waste of an hour.

The cruise is a must do in Paris. Seeing all the beautiful buildings from a different perspective while listening to the history associated with all of them narrated well by the guide was absolutely great. The rain was bittersweet as it cramped up the inside of the boat a bit but if you could go upto the upper deck, the sky was more colorful and stunning because of the rain.

Great little river cruise for those not wanting to do a full dinner or multiple hour excursion. Very reasonable pricing for an hour, a few snacks and drinks available for purchase on the ride which was nice also. Of note, the river was high the day we took the trip and they notified us before we boarded that it would be shorter, but it was still very nice.

Genuinely did not see a single sight besides the Eiffel Tower which we were picked up at. We went towards the palace then turned around and kept circling looking at nothing. The tour claimed it was in English but it was French for most of the time. The guide would talk in French for 5 minutes then explain it again in English for 20 seconds. An awful tour and a waste of money.

This experience was an absolute frustration, there is no clear indication of how to get to the meeting point, they suggested meeting at base of Eiffel Tower, the dock they mention is lot accessible from the main road nor does it suggest how to access the dock or how to find the group or boat. Absolute waste of money! Group made no effort to fix the issue or help us find the tour, we even showed up 30 minutes early and still didn’t get to participate

Our cruise was scheduled for 6pm. I schedule it at this time so that at 7 we could see the Eiffel tower light and sparkle. It ended up being very cold, very windy and very rainy. We were cold and wet by the time we boarded the cruise. The cruise was reasonably warm. We chose a ticket that included a treat and a drink. The treat and drunk really made my kids happy. I liked eating a warm crepes since I was so cold. The tour guide was kind and easy to hear. She have the tour in multiple languages and I felt like she switched between each language in a timely manner. It was very hard to see through the windows on this cruise though, because it was very rainy and because the windows were foggy on the inside. We had to continually wipe the fog off to see. We did get to see the sparkly Eiffel tower at the very end of the tour and it was beautiful!

Everything went smoothly, great time. 6-7p is the ideal time in Feb. Was slightly cold and narration wasn’t the best, but views and accommodations were great.
