There was no commentary...

There was no commentary to tell us what bridge we happen to be passing under, or the fact that we were coming upon a view of the Eiffel Tower, and the small Statue of Liberty. What little commentary there was, was only in French.

Don't Do It!

The Eiffel Tower portion was okay - mainly we were happy not to have to wait in line too long. The major problem was the fact that we were not able to get on the river sightseeing tour. The guide didn't have the tickets on him(?). He directed us to a souvenir shop a few blocks away where the shop person had zero idea what we were talking about. This was not a case of miscommunication - we all spoke English, French and Spanish. The shop guy claimed he had no idea what we were talking about. So we went down to the pier and talked to many, many, people including Viator customer service and no one could help us. The tour guide finally calls us back and sends us back to the store whereupon the shop guy is like, "oh, yeah, I have boat tickets"?!?! So we go back to the pier and the line is now 60 minutes long. So, last day in Paris, going on a useless goose chase with 2 kids - yeah, I am very dissatisfied. My advice: DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! There were so many other groups with informative guides and, I'm guessing, don't refuse to refund half your costs when half your experience is trash.

Nunca tuve un guia en español. Por lo cual no me dijeron nada de visita guiada. En el segundo piso nos dejaron y a qui muy buenas. Pesimo no recomienfo nada. Puse una reclamacion y md dijeron que si habia subido a ls torre. Claro que si pero mi visita guiada en español tambien la tenia Pagado
