Fun ghost tour with creepy dolls

Enjoyed meeting Lucas and learning about the ghosts of Phoenix. I went on the shorter tour and really wish I would have booked the longer one so I could hear more ghostly stories.

The Haunted History of Phoenix

I really enjoyed learning the history of The San Carlos Hotel and it's hauntings. I also enjoyed learning more Hannys and what the building used to be. Especially learning about its haunted secret!

We had an amazing tour guide that brought the stories to life and was always occupied with everyone’s safely. We saw come cool please we otherwise won’t have visited and learn so much history about Phoenix. Definitely worth the experience. Hanny’s dolls collection were our favorite stop.

1 hour tour through downtown Phoenix's dark past...

My wife and kids had a blast, learning about downtown Phoenix and the spooky stories that accompanied the sites. Our guide was very thorough and knowledgeable about the history and dark past for each building we visited. My family and I loved the tour and would highly recommend it to friends.

The tour with Brandon...

The tour with Brandon started right-but I had a sprained back and asked him to walk slowly. There were only 4 people on the tour. He started walking so fast and between the 2nd and 3rd stop he walked so fast and had to wait for us to catch up. Then he and the other couple walked to the 4th stop and we could not see where he went as he must have turned a side street. We turned around and left the tour! I feel the tour guide should cater to the group and not ignore them. We were very disappointed with this tour.

Hot & ghostly tour

The night of my tour it was excessively hot (middle of a heat wave🥵). The tour guide was knowledgeable & very nice but the experience was over shadowed by it being so unbearably hot. Walking on a tour in the middle of a heatwave also wasn't much fun. Overall the tour was decent & we found out a lot of interesting facts about Arizona's history.

Fun tour, but don't buy the plushie!

This tour seemed short (the regular tour, not the extended) because it seemed like more walking than stories. If this was a shuttle tour, it likely would have been maybe 15 minutes. Knowing the history of these places was really cool to know. One story didn't make a lot of sense to me (how do 3 kids go somewhere without telling anyone, and no one knows what happened to them, but we still have the details of where they went and why?!). Do NOT spend the $6 on the plushie! It was more of a poorly made dollar store toy you would buy for a toddler to keep them quiet so they wouldn't scream about you not buying them something. With that being said, it WAS fun! Our guide, Annika, was super nice and really seemed like she was enjoying her job! It was great to walk around Phoenix at a time of day that wasn't overly hot and, while there were still a lot of people, there weren't a ton so you could actually take the time to ask questions and take pictures. It was a fun tour...the plushie really disappointed me though!

Kid Ghosts

Rousen House, where there may be child victims of Dr Rousen before he covered them up with the house before he moved to CA and Hanny's dolls that appeared after each of the firefighter deaths from training them on high-rise fires, were heart wrenching. Kid ghosts are the worst heartbreak.

We did not authorize the charge to our card and they took the payment and will not refund it back either. We never came to Phoenix let alone on this tour. I will never use this site for any of our travels.

This was such a waste of $$. The booking description makes this seem like a tour of a haunted little ghost town with team paranormal occurrences however it is not that at all and we were very disappointed
