  • Finally, please provide us your passenger’s cell phone number with your country code where we can reach you while you are in Positano. This is for the instant text messages in case of bad weather and rough sea alert, thanks.
  • CANCELLATIONS & REFUND: Customers who advise within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of the tour will be entitled to a full refund of the price of the service, as well as in case the operator is unable to carry out the tour due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure.
