A lovely experience however it did feel very rushed, the audio alongside the tour was really lacking and you’d expect the boat to go a little further down the river! Definitely worth doing but maybe look at other operators as well if you want a more in depth tour.

Beautiful Prague from the river

Clean and comfortable boat. I wish we would have been told about using the QR code in the menu to access the guide. We were 15 minutes into the trip before we figured it out. Other tables the same. The choice of snacks could have been better. But we enjoyed the excursion.

Disappointing as no commentary

Staff on the, boat made no effort to tell us anything about what we were seeing. The boat itself was, clean and comfortable and staff were courteous but there, was, no commentary at all.

There were 5 minutes where the view of Charles bridge was amazing. The rest of the 45 minutes ( not one hour) were meh.

Short, basic river cruise with good drink service

Cruise seemed short (although I think it was the advertised length of time). Nice to sit and see the city from the river but not very informative - the audio guide was only available on your phone via QR code and sign in was too complicated to deal with. Drinks and service were good.

One hour Prague boat trip

Not the best boat trip I was on. It states an hour long and we were on and off the boat within 50 minutes. Also states that there is audio which there was not.

People should be aware that there is 100% NO AUDIO or “tour”. They have a website where you can click on some of the locations, but you’re not really sure where you are or what you’re looking at. The bar/coffee is nice, but a bit pricey.

Terrible boat tour

A short boat trip with most seats indoors. Due to it being after 6pm and also snowing, you couldn’t see anything out of the frosted up windows and the upstairs area was covered in snow and slippy. During the hour trip we managed to see absolutely nothing out of the window. Would definitely not recommend.

The views of the city were amazing. The communication on the APP on where to go was not. The APP said the boat leaves from dock 3 and that is incorrect. Dock 3 is the location of the ticket booth. The employees were very unfriendly in obtaining the actual tickets we purchased from the APP and once we got the ticket she was less than helpful on where to go. I looked on the ticket and it was dock 4. There were multiple people in the same queue that were not in the correct queue and nearly missed their departure from dock 1. Clearer communication is needed.

A great way to see some of the sights in Prague. Very relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip the electric boat is so quiet, the staff on board are very attentive with a good range of drinks and snacks onboard

Nice cruise in the sun with lots to see & an excellent commentary. Also very handy connection to the hop-on hop-off bus tours via their Berliner Dom stops.

Brilliant one hour spent on water. The announcements were clear and in many languages. The announcement did lag behind at one point but you would have to be an idiot not to realise what it was referring to. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Views were fantastic.

Really great boat, with a wait staff that comes to take your drink order. Gorgeous sights, and a relaxing way to get a unique view. Highly recommend. Also, I missed my boat tour one evening, and showed up the next morning at 10 and they let me use my ticket with no haggling. Simply great!
