Fantastic trip with superb buffet, amazingly furnished and comfortable boat to travel on, ability to have panoramic views as we travelled, part of roof opened but we had options to move to different areas. Well organised and courteous staff, efficiently clearing away, drinks not overly expensive Recommend this cruise two hours just right

I booked this as a surprise for my sisters as part of a pre-xmas girly few days, and I was not disappointed with it! We had a brilliant couple of hours, the food was great as were the views. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly, but they weren't rude, just a bit direct. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing water cruise!

Lovely experience along the river. The boat was clean and decorated for the holiday season. Live music was played along the way, and the buffet lunch was delicious. I think it was definitely worth it!

Very great excursion. The food selection was not the largest but there was a guy playing an instrument that was very very good. I was also able to smoke my cigar upstairs which I loved.

The boat left without us. A surly employee told us to go to Pier 1, but the boat there never opened up and we had to leave without getting either the cruise or the lunch.

Pleasant boat trip, very smooth journey. Lovely food and good drinks service by the waiting on staff. Waited quite a while in the locks (20 mins or so) but still saw some good sights along the way.

Beautiful boat. Excellent service by staff. Food good and a good variety however hadn’t realised it was a buffet. Big queues. Had thought it was set meal and would be served. at table. Cruise is a far stretch of actual meaning of word. Spent Approx 25 mins in a lock. Cruised for 10 mins, turned around, spent another 25 mins in said lock and more or less sailed back to pier. Docked 10 mins early. Very, very disappointing. Cannot recommend as a worthwhile excursion,

Had a great experience. Boat was about half full, went mid sept so that probably help. Did the noon time slot. Food was pretty good & and waiters provide great service, no complains.

Food was very good. Staff very good. Boat very nice. There was nothing you couldnt see from bridges and walking. And thete is no need to pay for a window seat. That was a ripoff.

Very nice boat and service. Good buffet. Drinks not over priced. As others have said, no explanation of the sights. Although the booking site asks your language prefetence no guide was offered. We realized as we were leaving that they were available at the entrance. Lovely views but a lot if the cruise time is consumed sitting in the locks. Window seat well worth the upcharge

I must say that I was very disappointed with this cruise. The boat was lovely and the food was ok, however, it was more of a "look at the beautiful sights on your own" type cruise. There was no commentary whatsoever. There was live music playing, however, we were expecting a guided tour explaining everything we were seeing like the Circle Line in NYC or the Bateaux Mouches in Paris. Scenic and lovely for sure, but not informative at all.
