We like to set pick up and meeting points with our visitors /excursionists. Cruisers pick up will be at 30 min after cruise arrival time. We do not mix cruises excursionists with hotel guests to manage properly the cruise schedule on port.

We do not recommend this adventure for people with mobility problems. We love kids but a minimum of 8 years for this adventure is a requiry.
Please bring towels and dry clothes to change into after the excursion.
Waterproof protection for your phones
We suggest bringing extra money in case you want to buy a souvenir for yourself or to take to a loved one.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
