    It was a great day with Jonathan. He picked us up in Sosúa, and we set off to see how to make coffee. After that, we went to the Waterfall. The experience was excellent. He was able to take photos and videos of us. I recommend you buy them. What's more, he always has the word to make us laugh or answer our questions. I recommend him!

    The most memorable part was sliding into the waterfall ..I was scared but it was so much fun. Its a memory that I will never forget.

    It was a great day with Jonathan. He picked us up in Sosúa, and we set off to see how to make coffee. After that, we went to the Waterfall. The experience was excellent.     This was a super fun experience. Manuel met us outside the cruise port (you have to go through the Taino bay taxi pickup area and out onto the road) and was very friendly and informative while he drove us to the waterfalls. We mentioned that we had to be back to the cruise ship by a particular time and so Manuel made a point with the guide to ensure that we completed the waterfall tour within the required timeframe. We met the fun guide Victor and the friendly photographer Jonathon and went to the falls with 4 other people. The experience was a lot of fun. You can either jump, slide or take the ladder down each falls (all approximately 10 feet high). I am a wimp so didnt jump but took the slides which were still quite thrilling :). Jonathon really took the time to take plenty of photos and videos to create a cool video of the experience. Manuel was there for us when we got back down, was friendly and informative and kindly dropped us back into town for so we could walk around before we went back to the ship. Timing worked out perfectly thanks to the efforts of Manuel, Victor and Jonathan. Highly recommended.

    This was a GREAT trip. Emanuel was the ultimate guide, very knowledgeable and led us on some AWESOME adventures. Scooby-Doo took some great pictures and video ( I highly recommend the video package) we are going to cherish this adventure for years to come.

    It is a long walk from parking lot to falls almost 30-45 minutes walk and not a very good hike, not for people with heart and breathing issue We did not complete and returned after walking for 25 minutes

    My sisters got very sick. This tour guide didn’t even want to give us back a full refund, especially after we called him day prior to let him know. He wasn’t even considerate basically saying I can leave three of my sisters in a room alone. Only one of us is well enough to take care of all three sisters to go on his tour alone. Honestly we could have been contagious sickness or Covid didn’t even care if one of us who could have spread the virus. After spending $228 he only refund us back $114. There was 4 of us. Three out of 4 us got very sick. Told me tk put on mask and come on the tour. For viator to back him up after we made several calls is totally wrong. I will continue to write review for this tour and inconsideration this man along with trip advisor/ viator had for us.

    Our guides were fun, accommodating, and made sure we were taken care of and all of our questions were answered the entire time! The walk up to the waterfalls was a bit understated (it is an absolute beast of a hike, be prepared) but it was absolutely worth it. 10/10 and a big thank you to our guide Alejandro(?) and paparazzi Jonatan(?) I can’t remember their names for certain because they gave us a lot to drink 😂

    My family and I had a wonderful time at the Damajagua Waterfalls. It was exciting, and thrilling. The food was great and our guide, Manuel, was very friendly and provided great insight of the area. We highly recommend this excursion with Alegría Tours. Mi familia y yo pasamos un tiempo maravilloso en las Cataratas de Damajagua. Fue emocionante y divertido. La comida era excelente y nuestro guía, Manuel, fue muy amable y nos brindó una experiencia fantástica. Recomendamos esta excursión con Alegría Tours.
