The instructor was awesome, so friendly and inviting. My 12 year old son and I will be back next year. We really enjoyed the class. What a great value, we took home our own handmade chocolates, soooo cool.

This was the best experience! Our teacher was amazing and took the time to teach us to make yummy chocolates. I highly recommend it. If you are coming by cruise ship remember there might be a time change

Fun learning experience with a beautiful view from your seat! Our instructor was so friendly and knowledgeable in the art of chocolate making. Was able to come back later to pick up our chocolates so they didn’t melt while walking around the boardwalk.

Absolutely amazing! So interesting and so so much fun. Lisette was brilliant and we were lucky as due to the time of the year it was the two of us doing it, the chocolate is absolutely divine and we had a LOT of it while we were there and then took the chocolates we’d made home. Wonderful Experience

If you're looking to try something new and like chocolate... check out this excursion! 1. Super easy to get to from the cruise ship. We just took a taxi (about $20 total for 4 people) and the ride was about 15 min. 2. The Chocolate Museum was right near Senior Frogs and other places to eat and grab a drink when you're done. 3. You do get to make and take the chocolate you create 4. The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our experience wonderful despite their electricity being out. They could have cancelled it but they didn't and instead worked really hard to make the excursion still happen. 5. I would 10/10 recommend this to a friend as something different and new to try!

The museum part is small but the class is awesome. We made truffles and filled chocolates. Each step is explained and you get to try each piece. And you get to taste as you go. The flavors are by your choice so you get to mix and match and create something you like.

Chocolicious truffles

Sharing the class with two newer employees who were also learning made it quite fun. We learned quite a bit about making molds, ganaches and the fillings on top of putting it all together. Especially enjoyed putting the different alcohols together to make more some delicious truffles. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone and would certainly do it again given the chance.
