Scammers.

Beware of scammers. The driver came on unmarked fully tinted suspicious mini van and asked us to walk out and meet him by the resort gates becouse security team denied his access inside and he resort. He simply didn’t have any valid certificate to prove that he worked for company. After we were explained that people get kidnapped just like that. So please be aware of this people

Great experience! We never made it to the beach but it was okay. I also enjoyed the Indian dancers. We didn't get too muddy to some that was a deal breaker but I was cool with it. I recommend face and eye covers.

They rushed the beach, the dune buggies were falling apart, but the cave was nice. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are on a budget.

So first of all they say it is a 5 hour excursion it is not we were done in 3 hours.They say you get 30 minutes at the cave,we got 15 minutes give or take there is no diving at the cave which they say,there.Than you drive these beat down buggies,with no brakes and the wheels are ready to fall off which they did on about 4 buggies in our excursion.Also one caught on fire! They take to a beautiful beach which you are hounded by locals to buy pictures,and food and drinks! They said we would get 40 minutes at beach and got 7 minutes literally! You travel on buggies in a very large group which you will not go fast and there is no water you ride threw as advertised! Than there is no lunch, which said is included also no goggles, helmets, bandanas that are included you must purchase them from store which is false advertisement ! When asked to speak to management we didn't get anyone and rushed on our bus to return to hotel! Its ashame to take people's hard earned money! There are quite a few buggy excursions on that road please read reviews!!!

Good activity but unprofessional pickup

The activities were fun but my 2-star rating is due to the fact that the tour operator called me 2 hours before our scheduled pickup and told me he cannot pick me up due to some hotel restrictions even though I had told him two days ago that we live i Hyatt Ziva. I had to scramble to arrange my own can drive which cost as much as the buggy ticket. While retuning, this did drop us back at the resort but outside the security gate and made us walk rest of the way. If you are living in Hyatt or other resorts in the area, please be wary of the pickup/dropff.

Everything was rushed. I was expecting to spend more than 10 minutes at the Cenotes and more 5 minutes at Macao Beach. As soon as I took my clothes off to get in the water they told us it was time to go. A lot of the Dune Buggies were breaking down in the middle of our rides rich caused a back up and a small wait. If given more time I would have had an amazing time.

The dune buggie and cave experience were fun but we were never taken to a beach and spent a lot of time waiting before and after the dune buggie experience. Overall we were a little disappointed as seeing the beach and as one of the reasons we booked this excursion.

We had an excellent day! The only bad side was the bus was very crammed and overbooked so everyone was smushed. The dune buggies were very fun. There was a lot of dust so bring or plan to buy a bandana and goggles. Wear long pants because the seats in the dune buggies were hot. Then we got to see an amazing indigenous dancing show and try the local coffee and hot chocolate. The gift shop and professional photos was overpriced and the people were pushy. Not too many food options but then they took us to a small dance party with an amazing DJ and we got to fall in love with the cave and take amazing pictures. Overall, our beach part of the trip was not included which was a bummer but it was still worth it.

I promised if I can make a difference I would. Please take this trip bring clothes, hats and anything you can to give to the Extremely Poor People of Macao where you will be doing the "Boogies". It is a great trip and MUDDY ride. Great people!! The cave at end was super cool and cold but after a hot day no better way to refresh. Please go take the kids baseball caps for me please!!!!

I’m a travel agent. Probably the best excursion I have done to date! We started out picked up from the hotel. Had a nice trip in an open air car- great to see the area a bit more. The cave- spent just a little time here. Recommend water shoes! shopping after was okay. Driving tour after cave. It started to pour rain. It was the most fun I have ever had! Playing in the dirty mud roads, and splashing other drivers. Even the locals came out and played! We got very muddy but it was an amazing adventure! I have back issues walking- so when arriving at mahao beach which was beautiful- we got a ride from one of the tour guides to the beach side. My 73 yr old mom was with us also. So that helped her so much. The stop at the beach was very short. Just a rinse. Vendors were very pushy like always. Overall the price paid was the best value!!!! We loved every second of it. I would suggest- water shoes, face covering or goggles, dollar bills for local kids if you can afford. It makes them happy to get a hand out.

I was expecting to ride the low buggies as per photo, instead we got high 4-wheelers. I was expecting to ride on the beach with buggies, instead we had to park and do a 2-minute walk to beach. Expected to have 20 minutes swimming at the cave, instead we got 10 minutes. Finally the paparazzi asked for $100 for pictures he took; I just walked away HORRIBLE

I was expecting to ride the low dirt buggies, instead we got high four wheelers. I was expecting to ride on the beach as per picture on ad and we didn’t. Finally, when I went to purchase the pictures the guy asks for $100...I just walked away...they could’ve done better
