Friendly Quebec City tour

Excellent review of area history. Dan went above and beyond, making sure we had lunch seating and delivering our packages to our hotel so we did not have to cart them back to hotel after lunch.

A must experience.

Steve our driver was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time spent with him very much. Plains of Abraham was quite interesting and the St Anne’s basilica was the highlight of the day. The autumn colours added to our enjoyment. We would not hesitate to recommend your company and Steve as the tour guide. Steve told us about the revolving restaurant, we ate dinner there and it was an experience.

Steve was a wonderful driver and guide. My husband who is mobility challenged needed a more tailored tour and that is what we got. It was wonderful, we saw so much, learned so much and all in the comfort of a beautiful car.

We really enjoyed our tour with Louis! He was fun and accommodating and really showed us Quebec City in a great light. We loved going over to Orleans isle. We were so glad to do this instead of aimlessly wondering around ! I recommend doing this instead of any of the tours the cruise offers. So much better!

Your was a big disappointment. Our guide some information but at each stop he walked us to destination, said meet back at car and left. There were only four of us . I know there is lots of history in Quebec City but he was not forthcoming with clever information. We were originally five and I tried to reduce us to four , but am having a problem with that also. I expected much more info in the city, its history and its idocenracies . Very disappointed in the whole day. He seemed anxious to end it

Bonjour! We are sorry you did not enjoyed your experience with us. When you advise us that you would be less people than expected it was just a few minutes before the tour, the guide has already left the office with a large Van. These Vans are more expensive to run. Unfortunately we cannot refund you on this, if we would have known before we may would have been able to send a smaller vehicule and then the cost would have been lower. We are also sorry you did not enjoyed your experience, but you had a great certified tour guide with a lot of experience just for you a nice and clean vehicule. It is possible that you did not like him, but he did everything he could to satisfy you and showing you the best of the city. There are some places that your guide cannot park the vehicule like in Place Royale, so the guide would suggest you if you want to walk a little bit in the area and then he pick you up at the next block few minutes later.

Best tour ever provided by a native Quebec resident who could navigate the streets and impart both the textbook information as well as a local resident’s insight…fun and informative; the four hours flew by. Louie or Louis (French) is a gem! Can’t say enough about the tour, Louis and the city……don’t hesitate.

Being our first time to Quebec City, Louie gave a great overall tour/picture of the old & new city as well as surrounding areas. A visit to the island was wonderful with a short stop at Gossling’s for strawberries and raspberries…yum! One of the best tours we have ever taken. Louie was super!

We had a great tour with Michael. We saw so much of Quebec and around Quebec in 4 hours. The four of us were comfortable in the SUV and could easily hear Michael as he shared lots of information and great stories. We were so happy that we chose to go on our own private tour. We LOVED Quebec!
