I am a senior citizen and my son and grandson did not use the service once as we did not know where to board the bus. I requested a refund of $190 from Viator and did not receive it.

Very good and snowy. Driver did his best but weather was against him 😢we laugher a lot but windows were steamy so could see. Clothes to clean windows would have helped

Nice Overview on Slow Days

The actual tour around the city was very good and gave a nice overview of the different parts of Quebec. Stops were convenient to a number of attractions, shopping, and restaurants. On a good day it would be a great way to get around the city, stop for a meal or stroll, then hop back on a later bus to continue your trip. The problem we had was a lack of capacity. There were two large cruise ships in port and a major convention going on at the convention center. It didn't appear there were enough buses running, or if they were, some were specifically chartered and not available to all passengers. We did start late in the afternoon, so only made the loop around after waiting in a long line for a bus to arrive. For an average visit, this is a good deal, but check to see what is going on in the city before deciding to use the bus to hop off and hop back on in a timely manner.

This is a fantastic way to get around to all the highlights of Quebec. We had a two day ticket and really enjoyed mapping out where and when we wanted to go. All the drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Had trouble downloading our mobile tickets. Plus it was hard to plan our route without a PDF map of the actual stops. (A map included on the website would be really helpful) Once we got on, the ride was great - we used it as our principal means of making our way around Quebec City for two days.

Bus was packed, had to stand. No outlets available for commentary. Maybe due t the holiday weekend and cruise ships in town. Tourists (American accents) not having a clue what stop were were coming to next as seemed unable to follow the map/itinerary. By the time we got the bus, we had been in the city a week and had done a lot of walking anyway. Seeing the bus route and how close many of the things we wanted to see were to each other in advance, we would have walked and cancelled the bus trip. Only did 2 stops, to be honest. Felt the money was wasted, but only because the company I was on business with had escorted us round most of the city already. Have done other open top trips in other cities and they were really good.

Once we got on the bus, everything was fine. I enjoyed hearing the background information on all the sites, and we saw parts of the City we would not have otherwise seen. However... It would be VERY helpful if the website included a PDF map of where all the stops are located. Not everyone has a cell phone that works internationally, and the list of stops doesn't tell you exactly where it is located. Also, it would be helpful (for those who have cell service) if they had GPS locators on the buses when they fall behind schedule. We waited for 30 minutes (20 min past the advertised time) for the bus, but this was not near as bad as the other people waiting. One couple said they waited for 2 hours and had called for a refund. Apparently, the buses were behind due to construction and a heavy volume of cruise passengers. Three buses came together in a row, but there was no way for anyone waiting to know what was going on.

Too many tourists for not enough buses. However on the second day an empty yellow bus was provided for us. The commentary is too low and needs more volume. Although a map is provided it would have been great to have been told the main shopping areas. Good value for money though.

We were in Quebec City for 2 days. The first was by taxi to the Ile de ‘Orleans for a wonderful e-bike experience tasting, fruits, cheese, wine, sangria and touring the island! Other riders then offered free passage to Montmorency Falls and Ste Anne de Beaupre’ Basilica. The second day we boarded the hop-on & off bus. Our first attempt was terrible, as the ear phones they supplied were too big to fit our ears and we were constantly trying to hold them in to hear better. Later we returned to our hotel and found much better AA ear phones which made all the difference! Then the weather was sunnier and we could hear with no problem. My advice to others is to bring your own listening devices that can plug into a 1-prong hole!

We used the bus 3 times on our 2 day pass so for us it was a good value. The drivers were great, and on our last ride we even got an on-board guide. Loved that.

Excessive long breaks! A twenty-five minute plus wait between one stop! No effort was made for a better volume or engaging information on any of the fifteen stops! Paid for two days! We experienced one! We were disappointed!
