Tour guide was ok but the tour was disappointing for the price. Could be the weather or there isnt much to QC afterall. Some indications of where to visit or how to get there would have been welcome.

The tour was short and sweet VERY informative and gave u a good lay of the land. The VERT best part and want make the tour so much more memorable was Daniel our tour guide he was fantastic and very funny. He made the trip so memorable that my 8year said it was the best part of our 6 day trip in both Montreal and Quebec City.

The tour was ok. It was pouring rain so didn’t get nice pictures. Thought I’d see more of the city. We only stopped 1x to get out and walk around. Would’ve been nice to go into some shops the tour operator mentioned. Tour operator was funny.

Once we got on the bus the tour and our tour guide was great. Unfortunately, before we got on the bus was terrible. There were three different tours meeting at the same place, outside in the rain with no place to sit or get under cover. There was no differentiating between the different groups, VERY disorganized. The lady that was supposed to be organizing the groups didn't even know what bus was going where. We were told to be there at 9:45 for a 10:00 tour, we got there as instructed but our bus didn't leave until 10:45. My husband is 80 years old with back issues and he had no place to sit. Probably 75% of the people on the tour where senior citizens and we were made to stand outside in the rain. The tour company needs to get their act together.

The stop at City Hall! We were able to have some time to take pictures here! We drove to the Plains of Abraham and hoped to have a photo stop there, but did not have a chance to. Drive by Hotel Frontenac!

Great tour_AWFUL start . Tour kept us waiting over an hour in the very cold rain when they were late…absolute chaos getting into the bus. We had been clear that we had one person with significant mobility challenges and she was initially told to climb to the top level-luckily another passenger offered her seat. Coordination was the worst we have ever experienced. They should have offered a refund. Driver/guide tried hard but everyone was already cold, wet and upset before boarding. Tour itself was interesting even in the pouring rain.

Very Unprofessional Tour Operator

We were instructed to be at pick up point at 945 am. Tour was 10 am. It was raining. The bus showed up at 1040. There was no place to wait out of the rain. We had umbrellas etc but still that long in rain you still get wet and cold. The check in lady was not organized, never announced she was there, nor did she organize people to line up. Everyone cut in line. Once on the bus there was never an apology for the long wait. A few complained to bus driver, he was condescending and arrogant. The French don't like Americans but you'd think if their economy depended on tourism they could be a whole lot more professional. Terrible experience!!!

Waste of time to book excursions with Viator

We the most disgusting memories with Viator, there was a lot of kayous is dispatching the buses, that lady seems very disorganized, what a gung show, very unprofessional, just imagine customers have to wait in a pouring rain, and the left way too late. Never again to book excursions with Viator. What a waste of time and money!

There was no organization to the bus tours all meeting at the same point. The tour coordinator had no idea which bus was fir a specific tour. The bus arrived 40 mins late. The only good part was the driver/tour guide was very good.

Stood out in the rain for a 1/2 hour waiting on tour bus. Endded up walking away. Can't blame youg girl dealing with the angry guest but the company should have scheduled their drivers better.
