The Right Balance
Gladys_F, Apr 2024
It was the right amount of activities and variation for a 1/2 day tour. Our guide Anna was passionate and informative about the region. The wine/cheese tasting was delightful and the setting was lovely. Arrowtown brought another perspective. The Bungee Center and Shotover sites provided a glimpse of the love New Zealanders have for extreme sport! Scenic boat ride back was a reflective experience to settle you back in to town. Fun day!

"Remarkable" Experience
Weetau_O, Jan 2024
This was my family's favourite tour while in Queenstown. Our guide Lily was absolutely brilliant. She was so much fun, great conversationist and so knowledgeable about literally everything. She even knew what the seiche was when I asked about it and explained it better than Google! The sights were amazing all around. Arrowtown was a delightful little stop. We had a beautiful wine tasting at The Church winery. Our hostess, Trish, was hilarious and even kept my 6 year old son entertained. The bungee bridge was great to watch and the view was stunning. And to finish it off we got to jump on the boat with Captain Neville for our ride back to town. He was a hoot and the boat ride was my son's favourite part of the day. It was an awesome experience and great memories were made. I highly recommend.

Thank you so much for the great recommendation. I love hearing about your Best of Queenstown experience and that your whole family enjoyed the day and made great memories to last a life time. Thanks again for the remarkable review of the tour and Lily.
A good morning spent touring around the traps

We went for this trip on 3/1/24. Our guides was Alana, who was full of energy and interesting facts. She was and punctual in picking us from the pick up point and dropping us back. Nice vistas, fun watching the jet boats and bungy jumpers. Nice detour to the winery. Quick trip from Frankton to the pier in town. Recommend this as an appetite wetter.

Thank you for leaving a great review and for coming on tour with us. So pleased you had a great time with Alana and saw/experienced all these activities.
Wonderful Experience

Short on time? This is a good way to experience Queenstown in a crunch. Our guide, Tania, was fantastic. She takes pride in showing her gorgeous town. This is a variety of experiences, not just on a coach. It includes a water taxi ride and highlights of the lakeside residences and visit to a winery in Gibbston Valley where the founding father of wines in the area first grew grapes to later become an award-winning Pinot Noir. Wine tasting is also part of this experience. A must do when in Queenstown.

Delighted to hear you had a great time on our tour with Tania and enjoyed all the different activities on our Best of Queenstown tour! Thank you for taking time to leave a great review!
uninspiring
KathyandAmanda, Dec 2019
We visited places that encouraged us to buy products eg Shotover jets, winery. We visited Arrowtown for about 30mins but had no real guidance. We spent a long time at a winery with a lot of focus on buying wine. It would have been good to have more commentary on history, culture and landscapes. Maybe just didn't suit our needs. The brochure description did not seem to reflect the actual tour.

Kia ora! We're sorry this tour did not meet your expectations. We visit locations like the Edith Cavell Bridge, Kinross winery and the Kawarau bridge because we feel they do provide insight into the history and culture of the local area (i.e gold-mining in Arthurs Point, invention of bungy jumping in Kawarau, Gibbston wine region). However, we really appreciate all feedback as it's how we improve our tours and we will definitely take this on board for future. Thank you for taking time to leave a review and we hope you enjoyed your time in Queenstown :)
