This is a great way to see the beautiful city Quito in a day. You have the option to hop on or off the bus to popular areas. Cost effective and a great way to learn about Quito, Ecuador.

Frustrating service for clients / no compromise

I am really disappointed in Viator. There was an error in the payment process and it showed me, that it didn't get payed. So my friend booked the same tour for us 3 again over her App. When I looked the next day, it still got withdrawed from my card, even tho I got no tickets and your app said, that the booking didn't go through. When I asked your clientservice for a refund, they declined my inquiry. I booked many times with Viator and I am just deeply disappointed that Viator won't help me here. Because it wasn't my mistake and even tho the process didn't work the first time, I told my friend to do the same booking again over Viator and not another company. Probably I will never book again over Viator.

It was easy to find the starting point. The bus was as expected with a live tour guide who spoke in both Spanish and English. Getting on and off was easy. Great way to get an introduction to Quito.

A great way of seeing different parts of the city. Thanks to the bus, we returned to walk through El Parque de Carolina, rode the Teleferico (cable car) and shopped at the Mercado Artesanal La Mariscal (good deals!).

What a perfect was to get acquainted with this beautiful city! Loved the narration on the bus ride. It was easy to stop and explore, and simply catch the next bus an hour later. The bus ran right on schedule, too. A great day :)

It's a good way to get the lay of the city. The tour guides were all very knowledgeable but information was hard to understand on the top of the bus. A better speaker system would make it a better experience.

Great tour for first time visitors. It's a hop on hop off tour, but you lose that, except for the Panacillo, if you take the last tour of the day. Knowledgable guide made for an enjoyable tour.

Diana was great. It was exactly what I wanted, to be able to see the sights/city without having to walk it. Stopping at Pancillo is perfect as well. 30 minutes is plenty of time. Only negative isn't their fault. Two of the stops were skipped because of construction. Not sure what it would have changed but it seems like even though 2 of the 5 stops were skipped that the price doesn't change. Maybe find something else to stop at along the way, idk it was something that stuck in my head after. But staff was great, wonderful way to see the city. Especially Pancillo. Definitely recommend.

The tour gave us a good idea of things we wanted to see later on during the trip. We didn’t get off at any stops because we didn’t want to wait one and a half hours for the next bus to come. Overall it was a good and safe tour, but maybe slightly overpriced.
