We operate the tour, rain or shine. The day of the tour is chosen by the customer, therefore no refund will be generated for bad weather. We will operate the tour come rain or shine.

We are not responsible for items lost on our buses or vans.
The tour is not private, but shared, and the guide will speak in English, Spanish and Portuguese
Pick-ups in Barra da Tijuca, and Recreio are not included.
At our company, we operate with a diverse fleet of boats. Our selection process is tailored daily to meet specific demands, offering boats accommodating 50, 60, 80, and 90 passengers. To commence each tour, obtaining approval from the military navy is a prerequisite. This ensures that we exclusively work with boats that meet high standards, providing both a quality experience and utmost safety for our clients.
During peak tourist season in Rio de Janeiro, traffic is common due to its popularity. We start pickups in Leblon, traverse various neighborhoods, concluding with the final one in Lapa. Despite possible traffic challenges, our commitment to a smooth and enjoyable experience remains unwavering as we head to the final destination.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 45 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I wouldn’t recommend it

Bad organization The boat got stuck at the first stop for over one hour trying to help another boat, which delayed our offloading; then at the end for the lunch the organization was so terrible that some people ate like 5 times and our group (4 people) didn’t even get to try half of the menu

A good experience

A good experience. You are with a lot of people on the boat and the guide is very well organized. The beach time might seem short but if it s too hot, it s perfect. A bit crowded (like there are a lot of tours around, all of them with their boats) and the music was a bit loud but overall a good experience. And good food as well.

A real nightmare - won’t advise anyone to do it. Per gli italiani: sarete ostaggio per una giornata intera su una barca sporca e malconcia. Non lo consiglierei al mio peggior nemico!

Le barche hanno delle revisioni giornaliere dalla marina militare, quindi... ho visto ora la conversazione che hai avuto con un mio collega dove i tuoi toni erano molto meno accesi di questo messaggio. Ti ringraziamo comunque per il tuo feedback, ricordandoti, che con quello che hai pagato, per un tour completo, di un giorno, dove hai usufruito, di un tour di barca, di un pranzo, di una guida, di un trasporto di andata e ritorno, in italia probabilmente a malapena riesci a mangiarci una pizza con una birra. Ti dico cio perché se vuoi qualcosa di sofisticato, la prossima volta prenota un tour privato, che ovviamente costa 5 volte di piu di quello che hai pagato, ma verremo con una lancia, e non con una barca. Ti ringraziamo per il feedback.
