Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We had the most wonderful experience with Augusto and Octavio, we were scared but they made us feel at ease and everything ran so smoothly from the drive to the safety briefing, waiting a short period for the optimum wind etc. You get a fantastic view of the sites of Rio, an unbelievable view you wouldn’t otherwise see, and even get to steer yourself. We got our 360 videos straight after the flight, great touch everything was included. Amazing!! Thank you for making our Xmas, Feliz Natal xx

Awesome experience. Safe and great fun with a superb view of Rio all the way to Corcovado and Pão de Açúcar (sugarloaf mountain). Enjoyed Augusto’s friendly and skillful instruction and great service.

Fantastic paragliding experience

I had a fantastic paragliding experience with Augusto at Bom Voo. I was scared, but he explained what I had to do clearly, made me feel safe, and gave me motivation to take the leap! Everything was smooth and easy. And very fun. The view is beautiful, and the feeling of floating in the sky is exhilarating. They give you a full video of the jump as part of the experience. Great value. Definitely do it and do it with Bom Voo. I had seen a Tiktok that recommended them, and I'm glad I listened.
