Don t choose the shuttle bus

Give a specific location with a street number for the shuttle bus. We never found the bus stop because there is no indication for the bus in the street viale America. Viale America is a very long street (more than 2 kilometers). I had to pay an uber to go to cinecittà world. I wrote a email to you and I m still Iwaiting the answer. I M very upset.

Avevo prenotato per l'ingresso al parco con navetta e non ho ricevuto il voucher per il trasporto che non è stato rintracciabile nemmeno dagli operatori di Cinecittà World quindi ho perso i soldi spesi per la navetta, più quelli per il taxi che ho dovuto chiamare in mancanza di quest'ultima. Fortunatamente il biglietto per l'entrata al parco era valido
