In situations like these, our priority is to ensure that our customers still have access to the attractions included in the tour. We regret that we were unable to provide a replacement guide for your tour. However, we're glad to hear that you were still able to gain access to the Colosseum and conduct a self-tour.
We have also processed a partial refund for the inconvenience you experienced. We understand that this may not fully compensate for the disappointment, but we hope it helps in some way. Please allow up to 10-14 days for those funds to be credited back to your account.
