The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour you are required to be at the meeting point for check-in at least 20 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Please be advised capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure This could also influence the smooth running of the tour especially on national holidays and events.
Cancellations, changes or issues due to weather, security and events held by the monument are beyond our control and are directly decided by their administration team. These issues will be reviewed by us and dealt with on an individual basis but are the responsibility of the monument.
All visitors must pass through the monument/attraction security check please allow at least 20 minutes to clear security.

The exact timings and reservations can vary, depending on the monument's availability and can be subject to last minute changes. Departure time can differ up to 15 minutes from your selected time.
Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.
Please be aware that large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction. Only very small bags are allowed. Please do not bring these items with you on the day of your tour as there are no cloakrooms at the monument.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue

Please note that from August 6th, 2021, all public museums in Italy will require all visitors above the age of 12 years old to show a valid ID and certification proving that you have either: Been vaccinated with an approved vaccine (Pfizer-BioNtech, Astrazeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna) Been tested (PCR or antigen) with a negative result within the last 48hrs; Recovered from COVID-19, attested by a PCR or antigen test result, at least 15 days and no more than six months old;
If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.

It’s a good tour in that they let you go through arena area and skip the line, but it is not worth the cost if the tour. It lasts barely over an hour. To note-it does let you into Roman forum and palatine just not guided

Great location!! So close to the train station and many restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen isn’t well equipped at all. Not even a coffee maker so be prepared to eat meals out.

Speed tour was unintelligible and not as advertised

We had signed up for the 5:00 tour and then we were asked to move to the 6 pm tour. We were told multiple times that it lasted 1.5 hours. We left the tour office at 6. Were rushed across the street to the colosseum and then pushed through security with no explanations (first time we’ve been asked for ID with our Covid cards in a week of travel here so we had to scramble). We then waited for our guides after security and were left alone for about 10 minutes before another guide came and found us and seemed annoyed with the group that we weren’t in then right area to meet her. Again, no guidance or explanation. The guide then spoke extremely rapidly and flashed photos past us faster than we could see them and rushed us through the basement and top area. She seemed very intelligent and well versed in the history but we were rushed through so much it was impossible to understand and follow what she was saying. She hurriedly brought us outside at 7:06. So the whole tour was 1 hour and 6 min counting the walk from the tour office and the security line. We felt this tour was much less value for our money than any others we have been on this week. Very dissatisfied it wasn’t as advertised.

We were running late due to major traffic by our hotel & they worked with us for us to be able to join the tour still which was so nice & Our guide George shared so many interesting facts with us it was a great experience. The tour was the perfect amount of time 1-1.5 hours & right before the colosseum closed so we were able to see many areas almost empty which was cool.

Really poor tour. I only spent 1 afternoon in Rome was hoping for a good experience at the Colosseum. It was the only tour we took in Rome. I believe the main issue was the earphones had only 1 ear piece. I could not process enough of what was being said to rate the guide or the information. If it was simply a volume problem, it would have been easy to fix with the guide. But there were a lot of people and a lot of background noise. Tour was at 5 PM and there were fewer people than most of the time, according to our guide. And even in this situation, it was very hard to hear and concentrate on what was being said by the guide due to single earpiece. The Italian accent was fairly strong. And if you're like me, you need to be able to concentrate when hearing heavily Italian-accented English to be able to process the information well. It was simply too difficult to separate the guide's information from all the surrounding noise in the "other" ear without the earpiece. So, unfortunately, I got very little out of the tour. I went on a similar tour in Florence with similar crowds and distractions but they handed out earphones with 2 earpieces. It helped to drown out street noise and general distractions. It made the Florence tours 10X better than this one. Having 2 earpieces allowed me to concentrate on the tour and filter out the distractions. I'd recommend to any of the companies that provide tours that they provide earphones with 2 ear pieces. The earphones are dirt cheap; add the second earpiece if you care about the quality of your tour. Of course, you can bring your own, but it wasn't necessary on other tours previously taken in Florence, San Giminango, Siena,--- so I did not bother. Result: The tour was a waste of money and time. But I at least got to see the inside of the Colosseum!

We assembled at a street near the Colosseum (I took advantage of its proximity to the Basilica di San Pietro in Vincoli and stole a few minutes to see Michaelangelo's Moses!). The guide told us she was an archaelogist by profession. Indeed, she was very knowledgeable and taught us how to distinguish between Greek and Roman architecture, particularly the pillars! We walked without delay and didn't have to wait long to get inside the Colosseum. The guide used a lot of visual aids to explain the evolution of the building, which helped me understand and appreciate it more. The tour was very enlightening although with only an hour or so in duration could be cheaper!

Had a fantastic tour around the Colosseum thanks to our host who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Skip-the-Line took 2 minutes (unlike around an hour for the Vatican) and entering on to the stage was definitely a 'WOW' moment! Really glad we did this trip. Highly recommended.

Informative, despite skip the queues was a long period standing in hot sun waiting to enter. Guide did well inside to try and find shade to talk to group. Well worth a visit take a hat 🧢 and a bottle of cold water

We arrived at the office on time and were to be taken to the Colosseum to join our group. The fellow tasked with delivering us didn't know where he was going, couldn't find the group, tried to foist us off on another employee and due to his incompetence we were late joining the group and missed some key parts of the lecture. He was not very friendly and not in the least bit helpful. Couldn't wait to dump us off. The guide for the tour was really great. Well informed and engaging.

Fick vänta i över 20min i kö för dom stängde colosseum. Sedan fick vi vänta inne i 20min för två fulla personer skulle gå på toa. Fick vara inne 10min. Sedan 1min på utställningen innan dom stängde. 10min totalt av upplevelsen som var det vi bokade. (Av 1.5 tim) Det enda som var bra var våran guide.
