Horrible. Never got my tickets and when trying to receive them the operators were not helpful. The link they sent did not send me to the tickets but kept taking me in circles to the same website. I am never riding off of here again. Thanks

Really bad. There was a time On the train ticket so when we arived to the airport the train ticket was already expired. And i could se it was a problem before we was going On the flight and i contacted viator. But they just Said that the train ticket was a all Day ticket, but the ticket man would not accept it. So we had to take a taxi :-(

I paid and booked in advance the girl at the gate would not except it. I had to pay again on the 4th of April it caused distress as I thought I could just walk through and show ticket on ph. I asked for a refund as I had to pay twice and not a word back from viator.

It was smooth sailing and quick. Best and least expensive way to get to farther away places. These trains get up to really high speeds, so make sure your up to the speed before you book. I recommend it though.

At first, I thought this was gonna be a pretty confusing thing to do but I bought my tickets in advance. The tickets were delivered to my email a few days before they showed up on my phone as well as I printed a hardcopy the signs are clearly marked you just scan your ticket at the entrance on the train comes you just put your bags above the seat. Also, they have luggage space and just pick any seat when you got to roam. The exits were clearly marked plenty of taxis or buses. It was super easy, super clean, quiet trains.

The train system just stopped running. Multiple trains to Roma Termini just canceled and we had to leave the train and find alternate means of transport. Probably better to get an Uber or call a taxi. Trains are unreliable in Italy.

Excellent. Very easy to find the station and platform, very smooth and comfortable and quick journey. We arrived at termini within 30 mins. This cos me £17 each. Not the cheapest. The cheapest was busy but that took over an hour and taxi would have cost over £60 each and time traffic is terrible.

Tickets were never delivered and Viator will not refund.

I'm writing this review to warn others. We purchased these tickets ahead of our trip hoping to make things go smoother upon arrival. Upon booking with Viator, we received a document with details that says "This is not your entry ticket." and explains that the actual train tickets will be emailed 2-3 days before departure. We did receive an email reminder before leaving, but it was the exact same document that outlined the same (photos attached). I tried for an hour before we left to find the tickets, checking every email folder and logging-in online. There were absolutely no tickets. I ended up bringing a copy of what Viator sent us to the train station hoping they'd be able to give us the tickets. Upon arrival, I worked with the ticket office at the train station for 25 minutes to get the tickets. They said they couldn't give us tickets because Viator had to give them to us instead. He again, had me log into Viator to find them, and the only thing available was the same document that says "this is not your entry ticket." We ended up having to re-purchase the tickets onsite, and because of our delay trying to get the tickets we already purchased ahead of time, we ended up getting to our hotel late and missed our first tour - which was unfortunately booked through Viator as well. After returning home, I submitted requests for a refund for the train tickets and the missed tour, but Viator will absolutely not refund anything. They just say they cannot refund, and wouldn't give an explanation. This is all very frustrating, because it turns out the tickets are VERY easy to buy onsite at the train station and they are much less than what Viator charged us. There are kiosks to purchase the tickets just like a normal city metro. You can buy them onsite without any lines, and there are also real people to buy from as well (which is whom I worked with to try to get our tickets). Trains arrive regularly, like a normal metro, and you can grab any train at any time. There is absolutely no reason anyone should have to buy the tickets beforehand. It's easy onsite, much cheaper, and will save you time and headache to buy when you arrive. If your experience is like mine, it's almost certain you won't receive the tickets from Viator anyway and you'll lose a good sum of money due to the fact they REFUSE TO REFUND. Companies are not allowed to charge for a good/service and not deliver, but somehow they are doing so. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY THESE TICKETS.

Didn't like waiting to be able to print up the tickets. Tour agency doesn't send them to you till 3 days before. If I would of book directly with the train company, they send out in 24 hours of booking. Also, I think it is cheaper to book directly with the train company
