      Pior experiência da minha vida! Nos programamos durante meses para fazermos essa viagem dos sonhos, e no dia do tour mais esperado fomos surpreendidas pelo fato de não acharmos a guia no local indicado. Quando ligamos para a agência fomos informadas que a Viator não teria passado a nossa reserva para a eles (agência). E os mesmos informaram que não teriam vaga para esse tour pelos próximos dias. Foi aí que nosso sonho virou nosso pior pesadelo. Você consegue imaginar ir a Roma e não conhecer o museu do Vaticano, a capela Sistina e a Basílica de São Pedro? Pois bem, foi o que aconteceu conosco, pois iríamos embora na manhã seguinte e não tivemos tempo para fazermos esse tour. A agência nos informou que seríamos ressarcidos do valor pago, porém esse foi o menor dos prejuízos. Julgo que o prejuízo maior foi não ter conseguido visitar os lugares que passamos meses sonhando. Talvez jamais tenhamos essa oportunidade novamente. Infelizmente!
