Awfull experience : Trip cancelled.

The experience has been à disaster ! The visite of the Vatican Gardens has been cancelled the day before when we were allready in Roma ! Cost of flight and hotel engaged for nothing as this visit was the major fact of our programme. Local organiser was mostly unpleasant. Just hope we shall get refunded.
Good experience, shoddy tour operator

Booked tour for 9am. Tour operator told us due to high demand tour start was 8am and to meet us at their office for 7:35am to collect tickets. This was fair enough so we turned up as they had stated. Their office was closed on our arrival and no one answering the phone. Eventually someone turned up just shortly after 8, at which time we received the tickets. Got to the location and we were told we had missed the tour so had no choice but to do a self-guided tour (less than half the price of the tickets that we had paid for). This was all because the tour operator was not open at the time they had told us to meet them. The Vatican was a fantastic experience, but disappointed we did not receive the experience we paid for because of poor management by the tour operator. Would recommend the experience, but do it with another more professional tour operator.
Hot weather but the cooling shade and beautiful nature made up for it.

Beautiful view of st Peters basilicas dome with a smart guide who showed us the beautiful gardens and the history behind them. The weather was hot but the trees helped give cooling shade. Landscape was beautiful and the trees were something special

Please refresh your webb site. I paid and orderd for a special trip and after a coupel of minutes I was hold, that the trip is not availabel. We were lucky with the guide, very profesjonell, happy, positiv.....

Great tour and guide. Was poor on the directions to start the tour at. Its way north at museum entrance. Bring covid paper and passport. We thought it was just a garden tour. It was Sistine chapel and art.

No compren este tour, literalmente lo que hacen es comprar el tour que ofrece el mismo museo del Vaticano y lo revenden a más del doble de lo que cuesta. Llegamos al meeting point y nos mandaron completamente solos a la entrada del Vaticano y de ahí en adelante fue la administración del Vaticano la que nos atendió. En conclusión, este tour es una estafa, mejor vean la página del museo del Vaticano y compren el tour guiado ahí.

hello, Vatican garden tour you have to go inside alone to join the tour inside as this is a restricted area, we are not allowed to go with the clients inside the garden only travelers are allowed. not us so the price you discovered in your voucher it's for the tour operator's price not for you , if you pay this price so why don't book with them? before posting feedback kindly think well and then leave your feedback please next time.
