they cancelled on me 1 1/2 hours before it was supposed to start and i had driven from CT for it. i still have yet to receive my refund!

Fun thing to do when visiting Salem, especially around Halloween time. We went on Halloween weekend, and I knew it would be crowded and there would be lines for all the stores and restaurants, so I wanted to book something that we could do that was organized versus walking around aimlessly. The tour was super informative and interesting. Our tour guide was basically an encyclopedia for the Salem witch trials. Also, he used a microphone which is a musttt. Highly recommend!

The guides were so knowledgable and have done their research (we had heard a different tour give out a couple pieces of wrong info). They’re certified by the city of Salem, charismatic, and so wonderful! Our train in had been about 10 minutes late so we missed our original tour, but they switched over our tickets to the next one no problem. We are so thankful this company made our experience in Salem so great!!

We had an amazing tour experience with our guide. I think her name was Caroline. She was so animated and really helped bring the story out in a new way for us. It was a lot of walking which we expected but we kept up easily. Would highly recommend.

My sister got separated from the group. It was very crowded and the guide did not check to see that we were all together and present. Unfortunately I couldn’t find her so she was unable to complete the tour. The guide was not helpful. I called for a refund and never heard back from the company as I was told I would.

If I could rate our tour over five stars, I would rate it 15!! Caroline was absolutely the best tour guide with her bubbly personality and jokes. I would definitely do the tour again. Having afternoon times were perfect and even though it was busy (granted it’s october), it was still an amazing tour and very educational!
