Join the check in line when your entire party is present. When you are checked in you will depart, possibly earlier than your ticket time. The last tour guide to leave will depart exactly on time. Guests who arrive late (even by just a minute) cannot be checked in. Please double-check with your group and make sure you have enough tickets, additional tickets CANNOT be purchased at check in. November through September: Check in 15 minutes prior to tour time at 127 Essex St. (Remember Salem Gifts)

Make your way to the check-in point 30 minutes before your selected departure time to begin your evening tour. As night falls over the streets of Salem, follow your guide to the town’s spookiest sites, starting with the Salem Witch Trials Memorial, where you’ll learn more about the infamous 1692 Witch Trials and have a chance to take photos.
Continue to Salem Old Town Hall, where the movie “Hocus Pocus” was filmed, then visit the Old Burying Point Cemetery and Saint Peter's Episcopal Church, believed to be two of Salem’s most haunted sites. Dive deeper into the town’s dark history as your guide sets the scene with ghost stories and eerie happenings.
Finally, walk through the bustling Essex Street Pedestrian Mall before ending the tour back at the departure point.

Our tour took place during a nor'easter. But our presenter took it in stride and did his best to keep everyone's spirit's up with energy and engagement. He was conscious of the weather and took us on his "rain route" to keep everyone as sheltered as possible. But he was also cognizant of why we were there and made sure we still got the full experience. He was passionate about the material and made sure to give us what we asked for.
It was a great tour and a great experience.
