If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
Not wheelchair accessible
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.

Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes

If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Q:How does the San Antonio Indoor Skydiving Experience work?

A:A vertical wind tunnel has fans at the top to draw air through the flight chamber and then push it back down the sides. The air is then compressed & sped up before it reenters the flight chamber causing a smooth column of air that enables you to fly.

A:Very simply, a wind tunnel is a machine that moves a lot of air. A vertical wind tunnel moves air in a vertical column at speeds high enough to keep a person safely floating.

A:It is important that you arrive on time for your scheduled session. Your experience will begin promptly upon your arrival so please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your reservation so you have time to check in.

Q:Do I fly alone or with a group during the San Antonio Indoor Skydiving Experience?

A:Generally, a group of up to 12 guests fly in each session. Your friends and family will be part of the same group, however, you will fly one at a time in the flight chamber one-on-one with your instructor.

A:Each flight within the wind tunnel lasts 60 seconds. The entire iFLY first-time flyer experience takes approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes from start to finish.

A:If someone chooses to come to watch, he or she is welcome to accompany you through your experience and can watch from the observation area.

Q:Is it scary during the San Antonio Indoor Skydiving Experience?

A:Generally, no. There’s no jumping, no falling, and no experience is needed. You simply float on a column of air. There is no sensation of falling or anything that would make you feel motion sickness.

Q:Is it hard to breathe during the San Antonio Indoor Skydiving Experience?

A:Not at all. It is the same as if you stick your head out a car window while driving. All you feel is the wind in your face. Just breathe normally, either through your mouth or your nose.

Blake was a great instructor. A few in my party of 4 had doubts and were so glad they did it because they had so much fun! My husband and I ended up getting extra passes for another visit. We all had a lot of fun!!

My husband and son-in-law went and enjoyed it. Their trainer did a great job and made them feel safe. They both chose to fly up high. My pictures came out okay. I thought it might be great to have a camera there that might provide a great picture.

Loved it! This is quite the experience! Worth every penny. I highly recommend doing thr high fly. I'm afraid of heights and I still enjoyed it. Our instructor Erick in the San Antonio location was super knowleageable and made things easier plus he gave us quite the show! So talented! 10/10 will be back again!
