We did not get to see two stops due to our guide not being aware of the construction nearby and it inhibited our walking tour quite a bit, we got stuck at a dead-end at the bottom of a stairwell. Our tour guide, elizabeth decay, didn't seem ready to be a guide yet and wasn't very good at telling the stories at each stop. She also have a lot of immature side chatter and filler words throughout the tour. I have been on a tour through you guys in the past and it was awesome but the guide truly makes the tour. I wish we could know our guide ahead of time. We saw a separate tour during ours while at the Menger hotel and they were inside the hotel, we thought about hopped with that group because it looked like they got their moneys worth.

Tour company was excellent. Google maps got us lost in getting to the starting point. A woman called us. She immediately came and found us and then walked us to the group. The guide (I think his name was Stewart) was also great. He took his time to explain and share photos… we even went a little over. Very informative. I have retained a lot of the information, which is saying a lot for our guide, and it was fun evening. I think I might have even captured a ghost in two photos.

We had an incredible time walking around San Antonio with Marina! She said it was her third tour, but you'd never know it, she was excellent, engaging, and so knowledgeable. The stories were interesting and painted such a picture of some of the buildings in the city; it gave a lot of perspective, not just in a spooky way.
