Fun way to explore Old Town

The Old Town Trivia Hunt is very well designed and a fun way to explore Old Town. I love that it can be done at any time (including outside business hours) and it doesn't require entry to any of the businesses. The purchasing, downloading, and execution was very easy and the high touch customer service is nice.

We enjoyed walking around Old Town, discovering the various clues and their answers. I did learn some new things. One thing I thought and hoped for was learning more about the history of Old Town. We did your Downtown San Diego tour last Christmas season, and I felt like I really learned a lot about San Diego's history although we've lived in San Diego for over 35 years. The Old Town tour was still fun, and I would recommend it to others.

Hi John! We're so glad you enjoyed our game and would recommend it to others. My company does not have a downtown SD route so the Old Town route is a general overview of San Diego history. We take players to historical sites and plaques where they can spend time learning more beyond the info we provide if they'd like, but we also try to keep it fun for those less interested in the fun facts. :) Thanks for playing! We hope you'll try our new app version in another Riddle Route location!

Fun hunt, terrible leaderboard

We were disappointed in the leaderboard. It appears to be arbitrary and doesn't have actual rankings. First time I've seen a scavenger hunt leaderboard structured like this. Sadly we won't be participating in any future Riddle Routes hunts because of this :(

We make detailed leaderboards for groups but typically don't have many teams looking for detailed rankings. If you'd like to see a breakdown of the time taken and points earned per team for the Old Town route, we're happy to share that with you.
