What To Expect

Check in at your departure point at San Diego's Seaport Village half an hour before your tour commences, and make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking. Then, climb aboard an amphibious vehicle for your 1.75-hour adventure. Start by cruising down the streets of San Diego before heading straight into the San Diego Bay.

Listen to commentary about the history of the California city as you pass by key attractions such as the Embarcadero, Harbor and Shelter Islands, Point Loma, the Maritime Museum of San Diego, and the USS Midway Museum. If you're lucky, you may even spot a California sea lion. At the end of the tour, hold on tight as your amphibious vehicle will make its way back onto the land and drops you at your departure point.

Overall great experience! Chill and Lila were an amazing team. Lila was very knowledgeable, polite and welcoming. And Chill was a great driver. We had a great time. Tip: if you’re planning to visit in April and maybe May dress warm. It was extremely cold…uncomfortably cold! Although, there were blankets on the boat/bus still dress warm.
