      My fiancé and I had a wonderful time on the Cable Car City Tour. I definitely recommend doing this. Experiencing the steep hills were amazing.

      Only leaving 1 star as couldn’t leave a zero. Paid $35.80 for this experience, which didn’t happen. I didn’t receive the instructions how to set up till the day after I had booking . By the time I had received the instructions, I had landed back in Australia. I did reply to text stating that and still not received a reply from this company, Pintours. I couldnt recommend, based on my experience. It would be a goodwill gesture to receive a refund. Regards Christine

      Couldn't get tickets as an error came up on app...tickets via muni app only 13 dollars per adult to ride 1 day...albeit no audio tour. Worth going up and down using the trams but after 5 mins it's boring

      The absolute worst!!! This was not a tour more like a bus stop it was over crowded then y’all charged 23$ but it’s only 8$ this was a scam fraud. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

      Its my second time riding the cars but first time doing the tour. The tour is nice because you can do it at your own pace. I was able to get off in Chinatown, Italian Quarter, and Nob hill to explore via the app.

      Terrible, I was scammed and stolen, on the day of the tour I arrived at the booth to show my pass and the people told me that they did not recognize the reservation or the company, I checked it with several employees and they told me the same thing, I contacted customer service and they did not solve anything the lady told me that they were going to check it and in the end she did not give me any solution I asked for my refund and told me that they were going to verify it and so far I have not had an answer, I do not recommend it at all, avoid eating this guy of tours because it is just a scam

      Booked this for a nice afternoon with my team — was a cool experience. Learned some new bits about the city, and was able to listen in French as well. Fun!

      Very disappointed in the lack of information given. You have to download multiple apps just to find the tickets. We stood in line for 30 minutes waiting to get on the cable car. Meanwhile, time is ticking because the ticket was only good for 90 minutes. There is no explanation of what to do or when to do it. Spent well earned money for nothing. There needs to be real people to ask questions. We bailed on the tour because it was just so frustrating.

      Cable cars cancelled due to Vice President being in town. Unable to contact Pintours, no office found at meeting point. Am having trouble getting a refund. Was only in San Francisco for a day, so tickets for an alternative day no use to me. Need cash refund.

      Cable cars were a great experience but audio tour did not sync with route. Ride was worth the money but not the audio tour. Also. Cable car tickets were emailed at the last minute after emailing Viator and tour company.

      I paid too much for the experience. You can get tickets cheaper on the local app. The tour app did not work well at all. Tried to play it 3 times. Very frustrating. Best to just pay when you get on the cable car.

      I bought immediately the ticket through my credit card $46. when I came to San Francisco on 11 February. I downloaded these two applications, but I couldn’t print my ticket, and when I went to the cable car the lady there in a kiosk told me she doesn’t know anything about it and she couldn’t help me at all. I tried to cancel the tickets after at least 20 efforts, and there was no reply. I strongly recommend not do it just go to the kiosk can buy a dollar a ticket.

      The wait was ridiculous!! Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get on in the cold. Cramer way to many people on the cars to make it enjoyable

      The car experience would be fun but the provider pintour was not very helpful, every other tour I've gotten with viator I was able to retrieve tickets in advance except with this provider, I was not able to to to app and download tickets try contacting provider kept receiving same instructions over and over there was no live person at the phone provided ether so we where unable to go on the cable cars. Very disappointing.

      Lines are long at the ends of each ride. Hop on a few stops ahead if a smaller party. One lady did not want to be working, but all the other workers were super nice. Have your ticket ready just in case. Fun on the steeper hills. Try to stand outside. Worth the experience.

      I’ve been to San Francisco many times, and I always love doing the cable car tour. Mainly because I just get the unlimited pass and use the guide to see my favorite spots in SF. I spend the whole day visiting Union Square, Chinatown, the French Quarter and Fishermen’s Wharf. Hard deal to beat! Just keep in mind there can be long lines sometimes, but if you have the app — you can just walk to the next stop and avoid the lines.
