What To Expect

Head into the wine country on this private tour from San Francisco out to Napa and Sonoma, where your chauffeur will be responsible for navigation and driving, so you can sample as many wines as you like (at your own expense).

Your tour starts with hotel or port pickup to keep things running smoothly, and then you and your private group can relax on the way to your first winery.

Before your tour, you can discuss which wineries you’d like to head out to. Then your chauffeur will take you to each one, and wait while you do your tasting, have lunch, or stroll the grounds.

Heidi was an excellent guide and we had a great day! She picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in Fisherman’s Wharf. She also provided great information about the wineries and made additional suggestions for stops we might enjoy. It was sometimes rainy during our trip and having Heidi drop us at the front entrance for the wineries and lunch was greatly appreciated! We had a delicious lunch at El Dorado Kitchen in Sonoma. Definitely recommend this tour!!

If you are looking for a luxurious and personalized trip to Sonoma and Napa - this is the way to go. It was very simple to book online and the list of wineries were fantastic. Hello, It doesn't say anywhere in our description about driver being a tour guide. Our drivers are local seasoned professionals are able to provide some general info about major SF Bay area landmarks while en-route and safely navigate through the traffic. You had a fully customized itinerary based on your preferences. Each winery provides own knowledgable professionals who tells you all about their wine. Based on your time spent (+3hrs in overtime) in the wine country - we can only say that you enjoyed your day at fullest !!! It's always a money issue for some of the guests when they billed after the tour's completion !!!!

Our driver showed up 30min earlier than our tickets said and charged us for it. Other than that he was great. Got us to our tours and even got us to a deli which we didn't think we were able to do. Chimney Rock gave us a behind the scene tour so that was pretty awesome! All in all it was one of those "ok I did a California wine tour" days.

Scheduled pick up time was clearly disclosed several time during customization and in final confirmation email sent to you days ago prior to tour's date. - As it stated in bold red font in the itinerary : To maximize the time efficiency, itinerary's pick up time may supersede requested pick up time shown on the Voucher. Departure time was adjusted for your on-time arrival for your first tasting reservation at the winery. Without an adjustment you'd have been late ! - Several departure times are automatically prompted by Viator's platform prior to customization . Client must choose one without consulting with us. - All charges were processed in accordance with our terms fully disclosed to you before and during customization numerous times. We don't have a fine print ! Thank you again for touring with us !

You had a relatively large group (6) and delayed completion of our itinerary customization form until 08/02 with tour on 08/04. However, We still built the itinerary for your group and communicated several times prior to departures with details. You simply had to click on a winery's name and choose your tasting options. This, we leave up to you for the reasons mentioned in the itinerary email and below. It only takes a minute. You've delayed and we had to rebuild the itinerary within 24 hrs prior to departure without charging extra. At the end, we are happy to hear that you had a wonderful day in the Wine Country !! - In order to avoid misunderstandings, we don't make wine tasting reservations on the client's behalf, for the following reasons: 1. Each winery has several tasting options. Prices RANGE $45-$90 OR more. 2. Credit Card companies often flag and block third party transactions processed on the client's behalf. 3. Credit / Refund may be issued by the winery if bottles of wine are purchased. -
