Arrived late as flight diverted to Portland due to medical emergency then took 2 hours to clear immigration. Driver picked us up quite quickly but transferred us to an ordinary cab half way to our hotel as he had another pickup at the airport. Traffic had got busier and he didn't think he'd get back in time if he took us all the way to our hotel. As delays of one sort or another must be quite common at airports I didn't really find this acceptable and it spoiled the start of our trip.

I’m sorry, we did not make you happy this time, because it is big change on your arrival flight,it was a busy day also busy time of the day sometime we don’t have a driver available on last minute changes, your flight arrive different city for emergency also when you arrive at the San Francisco airport you took more than two hours to get ready that’s why we have to change the car way to the hotel, sorry again,and thank you

Set up the return time while in the car on our way to the hotel and he was at our hotel earlier than specified. Driver was informative and professional in every way. Rang 48 hours before to confirm pick up, given explicit instructions what to do on arrival. Followed instructions and Singh, our driver, was there inside ten minutes. Very helpful in pointing out sights and how to get around on out smooth journey to the hotel. Pick up was early and again a very soothing ridgeback to the airport.

We have traveled many times to SF and this was the best way to travel between the Airport and Hotel RT. This way of travel is very personal and beats the shuttle or bus which makes multiple stops. The Driver Singh was professional, very happy go lucky kind of guy, answered all of our SF questions and very timely. His driving was safe and prompt. He was always on-time.
