So sorry about your experience. Your flight was 1 hour late, and there was not enough time to arrive on time at site (that was more than 1 hour way). Since the day before we were very clear on what would happen if your flight got delay. Flight delays happens so often, we always encourage our customers to never book a tour the day of your arrival, explaining our 24hrs Policy Refund. We are a very serious local-family business with a Policy for Refund/Changes - as any other company, you were not set-up, we are not that kind of company.
