What To Expect

Embark on a seamless day trip from Seattle to Vancouver with direct pickup from your accommodation, to save you the hassle of booking a taxi.

First, head to Stanley Park, North America's third-largest park, and have a stroll along the Seawall for incredible views.
Next, pass by Vancouver’s Chinatown, one of the largest in North America, and continue to Canada Place, where you can opt for the FlyOver Canada 4D experience at your own expense.

The trip continues to showcase the Steam Clock in Vancouver’s Gastown, and Granville Island, where you stop off at a perfect location for foodies—the Public Market.

Having an itinerary planned out for you saves the effort of doing your own independent research and means all transport is taken care of. After around 6–7 hours of exploring, the trip concludes with a return journey to Seattle.

1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel. An adult accompanying a child who is neither a parent nor guard- ian of the child should have written permission from a parent or guardian to accompany the child across the border, including the name and contact information of the parent or guardian.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate. For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guide directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you. As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you again for choosing to tour with us!
4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
5. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
7. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
8. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
9. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check it on the website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
10. Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday will not provide free transportation to a passenger denied entry across an international border.
11. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
12. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
13. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
14. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

A tour poorly operated.

Vancouver is an interesting city but the tour organization sucks. Our tour guide, Jimmy, is young, friendly, energeitc and enthusiastic, but he is DANGEROUS. He drives while continously texting/messaging. The tour is not that long but we wasted time because we had to stop and wait for people not in our group that the tour company ordered our driver to pick up for the return trip, and then an unschediuled stop at a Duty Free store before crossing back to the U.S. I would not recommend anyone this tour.

After we investigated, we have requested tour guide do not texting during the driving. For the picking problem, we will change our arrangement to prevent these kinds of thing happen again. In fact, the basic reason why tour guide stopped at duty-free store was trying to get a shortcut which could let the team pass-through the custom faster. But anyway, we will provide a better service!

Geared towards Chinese, not English

Stooped at some interesting sights in Vancouver and the driver gave us a few minutes at each spot to take pictures. Most of the conversations were in Chinese. They take groups of Chinese to Vancouver as part of a longer trip and leave them there. The few English speaking people on the trip felt like outsiders, likecwe were an afterthought. Maybe they should gae different days for each language. Also our driver was going over 80 mph while playing on his cellphone. Luckily we did not wreck along the way. He did back the van into a parking meter that broke out the back window of the van while we were in Vancouver. I would not recommend this trip. The trip is called the best Vancouver trip from Seattle, maybe because it is the only trip?

In fact, the tour guide was trying to look after you more. But “unfortunately,” our Chinese customer was conversable. The tour guide is not allowed playing cellphone while driving unless watching navigation or receiving important phone call. We have already talked through with him and made sure he did everything right! Safety is always priority, sorry for the accident, he will more careful in the future.

It was a very nice day. We enjoyed Vancouver a lot. First we were with Anna in the morning she was very nice. Then we had Jimmy the rest of the trip. He was great, explained to us everything very knowledgeable, fun and friendly we had a great day. He drove us back on time, good driving. We have a wonderful day trip to Vancouver on 8/1/23! Our guide, Jimmy, was fantastic! We covered a lot of ground in a relatively short amount of time and managed to get a great taste of Vancouver that leaves us wanting more! I highly recommend this tour. Also, want to note, I brought my 7 year old daughter with me and she had a ball! This trip is great for young children and adults!

The worse rip off tour that we never went on

We signed up for the Best Canada Vancouver small group day trip.We were told to meet at the Seattle public Library at 8:00am. We got there at 7:45am. But at 7:43am we got a call from Isabella saying they were running behind due to traffic & they would arrive in 20 minutes. At about 8:05 a white cargo van pulls up and a woman with a yellow jacket jumps out. We ask if she is there to pick us up. She says, no she is picking up a small group. At 8:21 which was 40 minutes later from the original phone call, I text the phone number that had called me and ask if she is close? No response. So I call and I noticed that her accent kept changing each time she spoke. Meanwhile the woman in the white cargo van kept circling the block and parking for a few minutes, this happened about 4 times while we were waiting (I thought this was strange because the people she was supposed to be picking up had not arrived and she seemed more concerned about my husband and I. She kept watching us every time she circled the block). At around 8:43 I was getting texts that they were very sorry and still stuck in traffic (this is an hour from her initial phone call). At that point, the woman in the cargo van jumps out and she tells us she thought it was strange that we were waiting that long on a Tuesday since the traffic was moving quickly. We didn’t have a warm and fuzzy and at 8:48 am we started walking back to the hotel, leaving the woman in the cargo van behind. I texted the phone number saying we don’t feel comfortable going on this trip. At 8:52 she texted me back saying they arrived and there was 13 people in a light green car waiting for us. She ignored my text and kept asking us where we at. The phone number kept calling me. But at this point I didn’t bother to answer. We decided it’s better to be safe than sorry. We spent over $300 for this trip. I have taken many tours all over the US using Viator. This is the first time I got scammed. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.

We have no idea why she kept concerned about you and your husband. After seeing your review, we talked with the tour guide, she tried her best by arriving the first pick up point half hour ago. Still, the traffic was the main reason for being late that day. We are sorry that you missed the tour and feel scammed. However, as you said, he arrived just few minutes you left.
