Booked online. Had a confirmation text day of airport pick up that our driver would meet us at the airport and he was there with a sign waiting for us. Very friendly and since it was our first time in Bali gave us some useful information and tips as well. Couldn’t recommend more. Very easy airport pick up!

Our driver Aris sent us a message giving his name, number and where he would be when we landed at the airport. Once we arrived it was easy to inform him with our status. We were delighted to see him holding a sign with our name when we exited the airport. Aris was delightful to talk to on the hour ride to our hotel. He provided alot of useful information on the area. I would highly recommend them for anyone traveling to Bali.

It was super easy to find our driver as he has my name on a sign where the pickup location was. He then took some side routes to try to get us to our hotel quicker after landing and avoid the terrible traffic in Bali.

And you just call me after 3 hours as the booking time ,and i said that will be in the airport again in 30 minutes ,than you gone after i reach the airport.
