That is why our driver standby waiting for you at the outside area, in case you arrived suddenly. And yes, you are calling us. Then 5 minutes later our driver looking for you at the places we arrange to meet. Unfortunately you had arrange with another driver already. We had a 18 hour flight from NY to Bali. We were in a new country and exhausted. Within seconds of getting off the plane we had texts and what’s app calls from our guide, Robb. As we were walking out the airport exit, he was there, holding my name on a sign! He helped us carry our luggage to the car. Robb loaded the car. We sat in the air conditioning. We were taken immediately to our hotel. We’ve used “fancy” car services in the past that have been late to pick us up or show up with the wrong sized vehicle. Robb was punctual with a comfortable sized car. He was a great driver and very kind!! It was a great way to start a long journey!!

Our driver Robb was a delight after our long flight. Immigration and retrieval of our luggage took us way too long, but Robb was still there waiting for us holding a sign with my name. Robb speaks excellent English and explained a lot about Bali as we drove 30 minutes to our hotel. I am so glad I pre-booked transportation because the taxi area was chaotic with shouting aggressive cab drivers beckoning us to get into their cab. It wasn’t an orderly line at all. We were so pleased with Robb that we arranged for him to take us back to the airport when leave a a few days.
