It is rather disappointing to read the above comments made by your client. Our menu consists of a verity of dishes, some served cold and others hot. We had a look at the feedback we received from other guests travelling on the same evening, the comments we received were all “good/excellent” for all aspects of the cruise including dinner and service from our staff. We are constantly striving to improve our products and service on all levels, with the introduction of a maître d on Sunset Dinner Cruise we have only received raving reviews for our friendly service. The above comments seems very inconsistent with the general feedback we receive from other guests joining our Sunset Dinner Cruise.
