What To Expect

For a fun day of adventure in Bali, book this combo tour that combines and ATV ride and white water rafting.

Your tour starts with either meeting at the departure point, or you can upgrade and add on hotel pickup to make things a little easier.

First up is river rafting on the Ayung River, past waterfalls and jungle scenery. Stop for lunch on the side of the river and fuel up for your next activity.

Head to Bali Tarantula ATV for your chance to get off road on either a single or tandem ATV. Pop on proper shoes and a helmet, have an instructional demo, and then you can head out onto the muddy trails in the jungle.

Afterwards, use provided showers to get all the mud off before you head back to your hotel.

Solo means all will be a rider on quad bike with minimum age of 12 years.
Tandem means 1 as Driver and 1 as Passenger - Two people in One Quad Bike.
Tandem also must be book in multiples of 2, e.g: 2, 4, 6, 8 travelers.
Infants must sit on laps

Children from age 5-11 years must have an adult present - passenger tandem ride.
The quad bike rides will be around 1,5 hrs and river rafting will be around 2 hours

The duration of the trip is approx. 9 hours for package "with transfers" (from pickup till drop off).

Breathtaking views on the river rafting. Incredible experience, if you’re thinking about doing it you should just do it. We had Jays as our raft guide. He made sure that you were always laughing The quad biking was so much fun, I would recommend anyone to do the package together. Hotel transfer there and back was reliable and friendly. We had Micha as our driver and anyone would be lucky to have her! Her energy levels cannot be beaten. Thanks

Not for thrill seekers, but that may be due to lack of water in the river right now, but still lots of fun and very well organized. Did not spend a lot of time sitting around waiting and provided all of the safety equipment needed, including rubber boots for going through the water on the ATVs.

My partner and I had a great time doing the white water rafting and ATV ride! The white water rafting was really fun and mild, which is great if it’s your first time, which it was for us. The ATV ride was also an awesome time, we were one of the only people there at the time so we got our very own guide. Food was also included at both spots, which was nice. Driver was friendly. Highly recommend this package for anyone looking for an adventurous time!

White water rafting great fun. Would have liked the water to have been a little more fast flowing and rougher, but still a great experience! First time quad biking and didn’t disappoint! Good to see paddy fields at close range.

Our driver who picked us up, and took us to the activities was Putu S who was fantastic and made us feel very Comfortable in the car trip!! The ATV ride was good but not long enough and variety limited. Not great for experienced riders as it was too slow with having to wait for a long line of people. They need to divide the group into riders experience? The rafting experience was good on the water but had way too many stairs to go down and very steep, to the launching spot and then another 300 steps to get back up to the top when finished. Not ideal after 9kms of paddling and being in the sun, and after riding ATVs especially for older people, unless you’re super super fit and like hiking! Overall I felt the pricing was a bit too much for what was included, but the explanation of safety for the activities was very good..

Great experience! Indro, our driver, was prompt and very polite. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and added a few extra stops before and after (at our request) that enhanced our rafting and atv experience greatly! Rafting and ATV experiences were both a lot of fun, but be warned that there are 400+ steps down to the water! Overall wonderful time-thanks Indro!!

Driver was great taking us up to Ubud to the ATVS. ATVS were great it was wet and muddy with assistance from heavy rain. Going through jungle and very steep hills. Was very thrilling. I would have liked at some times flatter surfaces aswell as going through the slippery steep it was hard to take in surroundings. Riding through ricefield or villiage would have been a nice touch. But all over good experience. Had takeaway lunch in car which was yummy. Stopped at coffee on way home.

Please be aware when booking this experience: - Rafting: stairs to / from white water rafting. There are 400+ steep slippery stairs which will need to be taken to/from rafting. Do not book if you are not competent with stair climbing. - ATV: book elsewhere unless you are into extreme riding / thrill seeking and are a highly competent rider. Poor organisation, too many people on the tour and wet weather conditions made the ATV track tough. I rode tandem with my boyfriend but the terrain made it for a very uncomfortable riding experience. I was covered from bruising after riding the ATV tandem. The rider in front of us flipped his bike and had his ankle caught underneath. The rafting was awesome, we did lose 3/6 members of our raft down the rapids but that seemed like an unusual occurrence- everyone was fine in the end. We had an awesome rafting guide and group. Had very sore legs for 2+ days after these experiences!

Everyone there was amazing. I unfortunately had an accident where I ended up in hospital but the staff never left my side, stayed with me throughout the entire hospital experience and even organised to get me home free of charge, they wouldn’t even accept a tip! The insurance they offer is legit as I got stitches, antibiotics, local anaesthetic etc and it didn’t cost me a thing! I felt so looked after and I couldn’t recommend enough to book this group. If I’m ever back in Bali, I’ve finishing my atv experience! :D

Amazing trip from the taxi picking us up at the hotel to both activities. The water rafting was amazing . So much fun. Lockers available free. Take a change of clothes. If doing ATV have a shower after ATV We had shower after the rafting and needed another after the quad bikes. It was really muddy due to plenty of rain. Great set up. Safety a priority. All safety gear included. A 5* from myself and hubby.

White water rafting was both fun and beautiful! I went with my 9 year old. It was both of our first time wwr and we loved it! Would definitely do it again! It rained hard on us on the ATV ride but that might have just added to the fun! So much water and mud. We rode a tandem w my son on the seat behind me. He said it was the best part of our trip!

Great rafting experience

The driver pick-up and communication was timely and the drive through the overcrowded streets was safe. We were greeted and advised that the tour would start in 15 minutes and offered a locker against a deposit which was refunded on return of the key. The guide “Tiger” was extraordinary. He fitted us out with safety gear and we took a drive on a general purpose vehicle to the entry of the path were the rafting started. About 300 uneven steps down to the water and then a safety instruction. The rafting was grade 1-2 rapids but would depend on how much rain they had. We stopped at a waterfall for a photo shoot opportunity and a small made-up store for refreshments (overpriced). We slid down a weir (small scale dam) in a controlled way as it was fenced off with no risk of the raft tumbling. The whole experience took 3 hours from start to finish. The exit is about 200 uneven steps up. The scenery is magnificent, you see rain forest, carvings in wall on the river bank and pass past a couple of nice properties. On return we were offered a simple (chicken, rice cabbage, noodles) meal and water, showers, change rooms and a towel. There was an opportunity to buy 1-5 photos for 100,000 Rp which was around $10AU. A great experience and thanks to Tiger it was safe and fun.

Over priced and staff pressure you into giving them money

Watch out for the staff of tour and staff of half way stop for snacks as they force you into giving them money for tips and snack lady forced me into buying guide beer. Really was not happy with being pressured into giving more money when I should have the choice if I want to buy guide a drink or tip. Also expect to pay extreme prices for photos . I paid 1,000,000 for photos of both activities. Will never come back to this tour place again
