I had an absolutely wonderful time with my guide, Elmo, and our driver, Joe. The trip was long, and the climate was very hot and humid, but Elmo and Joe were especially thoughtful and attentive with regards to my comfort throughout the trip (e.g. air conditioning in the vehicle, bathroom breaks, providing water and an umbrella, wifi in the van). The tour ran very smoothly and efficiently, including border crossing. The selection of sites was just right in showcasing the highlights of Kuala Lumpur that could be seen in one day. I especially loved seeing the Batu caves and viewing the city from the Petronas towers. Joe and Elmo accommodated my interest in local food by bringing me to a delicious spot near Petaling Street for dinner, which was probably the highlight of this trip. I would absolutely recommend this experience for anyone interested in learning more about Kuala Lumpur and Malaysian history and culture(s)—it was worth every penny. One day is not enough to truly familiarize oneself with Kuala Lumpur, let alone the rest of Malaysia, but it was certainly enough to make me want to revisit. Thank you, Elmo, for being an outstanding, knowledgeable guide, and to Joe, for being an excellent driver and for showing us where to eat at Petaling street.

Our guide for the day was Putri and our driver was Uncle E. We cannot thank them enough for the fantastic day we all had. The great thing with a private tour is you can make changes to the itinerary throughout the day which worked really well for us. We ticked off all of the sites we wanted to see and learnt so much about Malaysia from our guide Putri. Yes, it's a long day on the road but the transport was very comfortable, clean and we always felt safe with Uncle E driving us. We would highly recommend this tour. Thankyou for a day we will never forget.

We loved this trip!! The pick up time was the exact time that we were told, no waiting time what so ever. The ride was smooth, crossing the border was very quick. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, informative and very pleasant person. He took us to a lot of must see places, making sure we were comfortable at any point of the trip. At any point if we asked to make a restroom stop it was not a problem. Our tour guide catered to our every need without any problems, making this trip more pleasurable. Our tour guide knew a lot of history, gave us a lot of information about the country. The driver was very skilled, driving was smooth and pleasant. We highly recommend this trip.

This tour is absolutely fantastic. The tour guide, Elmo, and the driver, Joe, were nice, intelligent and did a fantastic job showing me around. Both of them were flexible with the itinerary, allowing me to make some last minute changes. The car was comfortable and the food was great. This was a memorable day and I thoroughly enjoyed it - I highly recommend!

Fantastic day in Kuala Lumpur. The travelling was 5 hours each way minimum. 1 hour to get out of Singapore, get through customs, and pick up the guide then 4 hours to Kuala Lumpur. But it's worth every minute to experience the day and everything that's included. We left at 5am and got back to the hotel at 3am. It was worth every penny. We had a blast and Joe the driver was Fantastic and the young lady who was our guide was also Fantastic (sorry I have forgotten your name) Thank you for this Fantastic experience.

Highly recommend this tour. We had a fantastic day exploring a variety of locations in Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur. The spacious, air-conditioned car made travelling very comfortable. Our guide Putri and driver Joe were outstanding hosts - organised, friendly and knowledgeable. They catered for every need and shared lots of information about Malaysia and each venue we visited. We have many wonderful memories and photos to take home with us!

My family of 7 (different ages 11-83) joined me on this special tour. It was absolutely phenomenal! Highly efficient, memorable, comfortable and informative. Our guide Elmo and our driver Antony were super attentive, aware of the needs of all of my family members and knowledgeable on the history of all the sights. The day was packed with one wow experience after another. This was one of the best tours we’ve done in a long time. All the family members are still buzzing with memories and impressions. The Only Way You Should Do Kuala Lumpur from Singapore!!!

Our day with Amir was fantastic. Yes, in some ways this tour is brutal. It's early. It's long. But, if you want to see some of Kuala Lumpur from Singapore, this is an awesome way to do it. We were picked up on-time from our hotel in Singapore by JE Travel's driver. We were notified in advance that our driver's (Hang's) English was limited. This proved to be mild issue later. Travel through the border was a breeze and quite interesting in the way it was laid out. We picked up our guide, Amir, in Johor Bahru. Amir is a kind, elderly gentleman who was our guide for the day. Unfortunately, Amir had hurt his foot the night before and that slowed us down some, but not a huge problem. After brief introductions, Amir told us he would let us sleep for awhile since it was still dark and there was not much to see. Once we woke, Amir began to narrate the trip, giving us a history of Malaysia and the area, pointing out interesting sights and answering our questions. We had a great time at all of the stops and it was all planned out perfectly, including having a table ready for us at a busy restaurant. We were so happy that we did this trip and would encourage you to do the same. A major recommendation for you to avoid the mistake we made... Anyone traveling Singapore has to fill out their immigration, SG Arrival card prior to arriving in Singapore. When we arrived into the Singapore airport, we had filled one of these out for our week in Singapore. Leaving Singapore for our day trip to Malaysia, reset the system. Although we were approved to be in Singapore for a full week, leaving Singapore for the day (in the middle of the week) required us to fill out a new SG Arrival card. I hadn't even thought it through I guess and if I have a criticism of JE Travel, it's that they didn't remind us of that. We were instructed to bring our passports and proof of return travel. We were told that it could be a printed copy or a soft copy on your phone. We had both. On our return from Malaysia, when we arrived at Singapore immigration, we were told that we had only filled out a one day authorization form. Apparently, this was filled out by JE Travel. We were then held up for 30 minutes at the Singapore border while they (fortunately) created a new SG Arrival card for us. We made it, but it was stressful. Plus, with our driver's limited English (we had already dropped off Amir), we weren't really sure what was going on. I contacted JE Travel the next day to try to figure out what had gone wrong. The person I spoke with (owner?) was somewhat apologetic, but blamed us for filling our initial SG Arrival card out "incorrectly". As I understood the situation, I can see how we did fill it out incorrectly, since our initial card should have said we were leaving Singapore on the day we went to Malaysia. I should have then filled out a separate card to cover our reentry into Singapore after that day trip. Yes, it was my fault, but a little assistance on JE Travel's end would have been appreciated. That said, would I do it again with JE Travel? Absolutely!!!! Just learn from my mistake and it will all be Easy Peasy.

Our tour guide was very helpful and said a lot of useful information about Malaysia and Singapore. Lot of delay at immigration on Saturdays. Very tiring took us from 500 am till almost 300am the next day Energy zapping.

Dear Mr. Murali, on your travel date, Taylor Swift held a sold-out concert in Singapore, and the drive-thru border was unexpectedly overwhelmed with day-trippers after the concert ended. This resulted in longer than usual wait times to re-enter back into Singapore at the drive-thru border (beyond our control with sincere apologies). Nonetheless, we can confirm that you were comfortably seated (on spacious recliner chairs) onboard our executive minivan throughout, well separated from the border crowds.
