          I changed the dropoff location from Naples airport to the Holiday Inn Centrale two days before our scheduled pickup. when we where in the car I received a text message that the price would be 20euros more because it was farther to the hotel then the airport. The hotel is 4 kilometers closer then the airport and took 3 minutes less driving time. I knew there information to be false but given the language barrier with the driver I paid the extra 20euros.           Hello after i anticipated you the date of the airport trasfer, and the you asked me to take you to the hotel in naples and I asked you 20euros difference but I don't unterstand after I made myself available you also give me a bad review you don't deserve anything next time call a cab.

          John was great getting us to Sorrento from Napoli train station. He navigated some crazy traffic leaving the station. The ride was pleasant and he gave us bits of information as we inquired. It was a great way to start our time down here

          I called after the reservation to confirm as we had a flight and I did not want to miss it. They confirmed twice my driver was going to show up. Then I got the message from Gio (see the picture). He encouraged me to cancel. Then I called Viator back and they confirmed that my driver was going to show up and the message was a scam. Sure enough, 3 4 hours before my flight I get a cancellation e-mail notifying me that my driver will not show up. I had to get last minute private taxi which cost us 3 times more. Unreliable service! Don’t trust!

          Sorry but if you book a trasfer the night before to save what you want. Next time book first with many others.

          We scheduled this exactly 24 hours ahead & it was cancelled. Naples taxis were on strike & we were left with no way to travel from the airport to sorrento & ended up sleeping in the airport along with hundreds of other stranded people. It was frustrating.

          Sorry but if you want to book a trasfer 24 hours before we can do it, think about it first next time.
