Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Poor transportation service

The driver who took us to Southampton on 7-24-2023 drove the car at a very high speed. We were very frightened. We did not gave him a tip due to the unsave driving. Attitude. On 8-5-2023 the driver arrived 30 minutes late. We had to wait under the rain and cold conditions.

Dear Sir, We are sorry and surprised to learn that you failed to receive our exceptional service on both transfers. The driver on your 1st journey picked you up 10 minutes ahead of schedule. He said he was sticking to the national speed limit which is 70 miles per hour. According to our record it shows that he completed this transfer in 2 hours and 10 minutes. If you check google maps, you will find out that travelling time from your hotel to the port may take between one hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours and 40 minutes. As a professional driver, he knows how serious it is to receive speeding points on his licence where they will have to endure serious consequences. Regarding the pickup from the port, Our records show that our driver was at the port on time but couldn't get to the pickup point due to the way port officials handle traffic. Due to the congested nature at the pickup point, they only allow a few cars at a time. He was waiting in line and had been communicating with you. Drivers are not allowed to wait at the pickup point for passengers. Therefore they will only approach the pickup point near the pickup time. It was unfortunate it rained that day but the driver did his best to be on time but failed due to circumstances out of his control.

My driver phoned me to let me know that he would be a little early to pick me up if that was ok. I was ready to disembark from the ship so an early pickup was fine with me. We met in the short-term parking area of the terminal and were soon on our way to my hotel near Heathrow Airport. Traffic wasn't bad for a Saturday morning, so we had a pretty quick trip from Southampton. The driver was very helpful loading and unloading me and his car was very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again or recommend it to my friends.

Our driver came early as she was concerned with traffic. We were .ost ready to go so we got an early start. She was pleasant and we talked a lot of the way. She was thoughtful and asked if we needed to make a stop about 30 minutes before arrival at the port. The booking and trip went smoothly and we would consider Viator again when the need arises for transportation.
