You could not hear the driver talking about different sites. We went with friends and 2 sat rear facing and 2 front facing. The couple in the back could not hear a single word. Also when asked a historical question did not know the answer. What might help is if there is some type of microphone. Also they should know the history.

Viewing the St Augustine Lights are always a great experience. Our tour guide Kelly did a great job of giving us plenty of history and she took us “off the beaten path “ to see some areas we had not previously visited. Great experience!

The golf cart had a flat tire and we did not get to go on the tour, there was not a back up plan. There is nothing more to say. We did not get to see the lights. They were very apologetic but bottom line is we did not get the trip. We are getting a refund but that's not the point.

My husband can't walk far, so we decided to view the lights of St. Augustine via golf cart with a few other family members. We liked the private golf cart tour (the drive, plus 5 passengers) so we could ask the driver questions and have a conversation with him. As we rode around town, we saw lots of other trolleys, large golf carts carrying more passengers, etc, with dozens of people on them, but that seemed like being on a public bus. We enjoyed the more personal experience. As long as we drove 90 minutes just to get to St. Augustine, we might as well splurge and make the experience worth it. It was our first time in St. Augustine and we loved how quaint it was. Karl was full of info, fun, and very kind. He even gave us the option of listening to Christmas music or not. We said yes! Great tour. Book it.

Two adult couples. Only one seat facing forward, second couple had to ride in small seating facing backwards on golf cart. Most of our view was into the windshield of cars behind us. Couldn’t see what guide was describing as we were facing backwards. Very disappointed. Not the good experience we had with another golf cart company a couple of years ago.

Kelly was fantastic, knowledgeable and caring. She provided a very enlightening, informative and different approach to the Nights of Lights. We were able to see areas not seen by trolley. She added a very personal touch to the tour.

Our driver was 15 minutes late for a 10pm pick and the tour was over by 10:50pm. The first 10 minutes of the tour was in the “quiet” part of town, hardly any lights. The driver was distracted constantly looking at his phone in his lap. A horrible experience that cost $200. The tour owner should have worn a ski mask when she took my money.

Kelly was an absolute joy to drive us around, she was knowledgeable about the city and she was very polite and patience, we had to wait on one of our family members and she helped us locate him and we all enjoyed the rest of the tour. I will definitely recommend Kelly for your tour guide

The woman that drove us around was nice but there was very little explanation or info offered as to history of the lights and it’s tradition, the tour ( other than driving past a few homes by the riverside neighborhood ) did not include anything we didn’t see by walking around. We did not see where the tour was worth the cost.

We had a very nice time with Sam our driver. There were crowds & traffic; she handled everything. We were allowed to bring our dog on the golf cart - you are not allowed dogs on the trolley; and the golf cart was cheaper!

Even with it raining a little it was still a very fun tour. You get to see parts of the town that you usually wouldn’t get to see if you were just walking around. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this tour and would also do it again.
