Out for themselves ! Horrible ! Don’t use

I booked this tour using Viator, but will not again because we ended up not going on the lights tour because my friend unbeknownst to me made a reservation with another company but didn’t tell me until that evening so we didn’t even use the viator lights tour, and they will not even communicate with me. I’ve sent many emails with proof of the money my friend spent on other tour I’ve called and they refuse to acknowledge us or return any of my money. I will never use this company or scam artist again! AAA even told me to never use them. Horrible people !!

Beautiful Lights at Night tour!

It was the last night. All the businesses were still all lit up but many homes were not. But it was a beautiful sight to see.

By the end of January some homes have taken their decorations down however the important buildings and the plaza remain lit. Thank you!

What a fun experience this was! And we'll worth the ride and being shown all the different areas of the city....it was my niece's first time and she loved it too!! Especially the lights and seeing the trees lined withights I'm the middle...would highly recommend this! Conveniently located a few blocks from George Street and all of the shopping

Wendy was our tour guide. She was very energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. She took us around town to show us the lights and even stopped to take our picture under the nights of lights sign. It was pretty windy that night so she provided us blankets as well.

Had to sit in the last seat riding backwards. Had music blasting in our ears and were blinded by headlights of vehicles traveling close behind us.

The last row on our carts provide unobstructed views but at night during nights of lights, the city is normally very busy with traffic.

Not much, disappointing. The lights are great, but nothing seen was worth paying to ride in a golf cart with no insight of the buildings or the history.

The staff was awesome! Due to a downpour of rain we had to cancel our first tour. But the staff rearranged everything. My granddaughters had a ball! The lights in downtown St. Augustine we're beautiful. We went the day after Christmas. Some of the private homes had already removed their lights.

The lights were amazing and the electric cart is a great way to see them, the only thing I would change is the music. I love Christmas music but the one we were on had continuous kids singing. I’d rather have had traditional songs.

very relaxing, nice Christmas music pays in the background, the driver is not a guide only takes you around to some of the most wonderful displays around. We loved the e-Golf cart we had purchased the whole row just how it was advertised. It was magical and we will do it again someday.

Our driver Cinda was wonderful! She was dressed like Cindy - Lou from the Grinch and looked the part!! She was a great driver and so much fun having us sing along with her to the Christmas songs!! Just a fabulous time seeing the unbelievable lights!

Missed the tour guide commentary along the ride. No amenities other tours provide. Coffee, hot chocolate would have been a welcome touch on such a blustery night..
