We had a great time!! Our guide Frankie was so fun and friendly! She told us several things on our tour that we didn’t already know from a day tour we took earlier. She took us to several amazing places all with beautiful lights! We got to choose our music for the ride. We chose fun Christmas music of course! Stopping to take pictures at different points was a blast! The ride around town was relaxing and so enjoyable! We were able to see things up close and take pictures as we drove around. We got our digital pictures sent to me as soon as we got back to the shop. It was the best and most fun experience my family and I had all weekend in St. Augustine! Thanks Frankie! We will definitely do it again next time we visit!

Great, don’t expect pictures

The tour was great, the reason it’s 3 stars because we never received the photos that we were supposed to get. I’ve called 3 times and got no clear answers. Very disappointing!

Apologies, we tried texting you the pictures 3-4 times and I believe we even tried sending it to two different phones. But from what I heard email is the way you received them! Thank you for such a memorable experience! Our guide, Tommy, was so nice, patient, knowledgeable and FUN! I cannot say enough nice things about the experience and our guide. Definitely worth the money and more. I loved the personal/individual touch of our tour and Tommy gave such interesting tidbits that made our tour even more enjoyable. The lights were not that spectacular (the city’s fault), but Tommy and his wife really made the tour incredible. We cannot wait to come back!

The lights were beautiful and Our guide Jim was very nice and took our picture at 5 locations, however had only lived in St. Augustine a month. Knew absolutely nothing about the town. For $200 plus tip, we basically could have walked to see the lights and saved ourselves money.

Hi Lori! First, I would like to apologize that our experience didn't meet your expectations, and therefore, did not meet ours. There is a discounted rate when booking directly through our website as opposed to Viator($25.00). So this may be something to consider when browsing in the future on Viator. Viator is simply a marketing platform that takes a percentage of all sales. We also would like to clarify that this is not a history tour. We do have guides that are more knowledgeable of the town's history but this tour in particular is simply a photography tour for those who want the convenience of seeing all the lights without having to walk or drive themselves in traffic. We would love to have the opportunity to turn this around and assist in rectifying this misunderstanding, so please give us a call at 904-923-1010 and ask for Tommy.
