the tour guide was great but thats about the only positive thing i can say. they told us to arrive 15 mins early to have enough time to find parking and when we left our hotel we would have been 20 mins early AND we were being dropped off so there was no need to find parking. The last mile getting there took us 45 mins due to traffic and I was in constant communication with the tour company the entire time letting them know what was going on but we were told if we didn’t arrive on time our tour would be cancelled and we would not get a refund so i had to make my family get out of the car and run over a mile just to get there on time. and then the whole tour was only 30 mins. definitely not worth the money i paid and i won’t be supporting a business that has no empathy and can’t understand this situation was completely out of our control and we did what they asked us to do. Next time tell your guests to arrive over an hour early if there is such a strict no refund policy.

Decided to try this tour as it was more intimate with my friends (total of 4 people) and a golf cart ride through town. Karl (with a K) was a very personable host and we appreciated the stories and the history which made it more fun. Being on similar tours in New Orleans we knew about photographs and finding orbs in them. We captured some moving orbs on video (somehow could not share on this app) and Karl told us more stories. The hour went by really fast because we were very engaged in the history and the photography and with the overall experience. Will definitely do this again.

Karl was a perfect story teller. We learned so many facts about St Augustine, and they helped explain the ghosts we saw. Definitely take pictures! That’s the best way to catch the ghosts. Karl was very helpful as well with pick up and drop off. He asked where a good place was to pick us up, since we’d parked earlier in the evening. At the end of our tour, he even dropped us off directly at our car.

It was a nice tour with additional history we have not heard on previous tours. We enjoyed the personal experience. It was a bit pricey since there were only 3 of us.
