Pickup is available from all hotels within Down Town, City are, CBD, Darling Harbour, Ultimo, Rocks, Kings Cross, Potts Point, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills. Supplier will provide your pickup time after your booking is made. Your pickup time will be set in accordance with your flight departure time. This service operates to meet all flights departing from Sydney Domestic or International Terminals.

So screwed up that we finally called a cab to make sure we got to airport on time. Driver couldn't get to us in time for our flight. And he was picking us up at hotel when we requested to be picked up at cruise ship terminal.

Carnival Cruise lines does not provide a shuttle transfer to the cruise terminal in Sydney. We used this company. They were reasonably priced and on time for our transfer. We used them again for the transfer back to the airport. They send you an email to confirm your trip the day before along with info for where the pickup will be.

We prepaid for our transfers and were expecting someone to meet us at the airport holding a sign with our names on it. We could not find anyone. A worker at the airport called your office trying to help us. A gentleman finally showed up to transport us. On the way there, you called your driver and he gave the phone to my husband to talk to him. During the conversation you told him we weren't there when you came so we had to pay again or you would have your driver take us back to the airport and we would have to find another way to get to the ship.. So we had to pay you a second time. I'm assuming you had our flight number and knew when we were arriving. I realize now that you sent an email asking us when you should pick us up, but our phones were in airplane mode so we didn't see it. We have never had such a horrible experience.
