We booked the hop on hop off boat whilst in Sydney, perfect way to visit different destinations, clear instructions regarding times for getting back on the boat, departures were on time.

Cruise started on time and all stops were on time as well. We enjoyed the views of Sydney from the harbour and especially enjoyed Manly Beach. We had several days in Sydney a few years ago and didn't make it to Manly Beach. This was the perfect way to go there and see the other sights as well. Recommend this excursion highly. It fit our timetable for our cruise ship stop.

Very easy way to enjoy a couple of stops in the harbour. Loved Watson Bay. Manly very busy but weekend visit was great to visit the market.

Too long to wait between pick ups at the different locations. Decided to pay for a ticket on a commercial ferry to get from Watson's Bay to Manly so we didn't have to wait so long.

The 3 of us were from US. We very much enjoyed the views from the boat, and it was easy to go in and out the boat even though we were senior citizens with knees problems 😊

Easy, inexpensive way to spend the day. Fun to be on the water on a hot day. Only went to Circular Quay, Watson’s Bay and Manly.

This isn't a tradtl hop on/hop off with narrative on the sights; it's an economical ferry shuttle to the primary stops which is fine. There's supposedly a self-directed phone app audio offered but no one could get it operational with limited service out on the water...

Enjoyed the cruise around the harbor. On time and staff explained the hoho procedure. Recommend it as a great way to see the area by boat.

The boat and crew were really good, I was disappointed as we booked a 2 day pass and on the second morning they cancelled half of the services. So we really didn't get what we were sold. I think if I went back I would use the fantasea boat as it is similar price but has a shaded section on the upper deck.

Disgusting Service - No People Skills

On the return trip from Manly, we were no more than 10 metres from the Captain Cook Ferry and they could see us running to get on board and still they departed without us. Disgusting that they would not wait an extra 20 seconds for us to board. As there was not another ferry for another 90 minutes, we had to take an Uber back to the CBD. The weather was also cold and rainy. I will NEVER book another hop on/hop off with Captain Cook. Shame on them - we are 60 year old ladies. An Expensive mistake at $40.00 per person.

Captain Cook Cruise is definitely not the best way to get around to islands & locations (beaches) outside of Sydney Circular Quay or Darling Harbor. First, meeting points are NOT correct at Circular Quay and unless you research & verify when you are there, don't just think you've been given the correct info. Secondly, NOT enough times for travel between. I suggest the green/yellow city ferries that you can purchase daily passes and use all day where-ever you want to go!

Staff at the ticket office where rude. One man wanted us to ‘come back in 15 minutes’ because they where busy and checking in whale watching. He served the people in front of us who where getting the same ticket and there was literally no one behind us in the queue. We got to the ticket office at 11.30. The next boat was at 2.35. So just over 2 hours. The timetable is not displayed on the boat information at all. The last boat is at 5.30. They don’t stop at every stop on every journey. So this was a complete bust as we could only get off at 1 stop and stay for just over an hour. Waste of money for 1 stop. The timetable should be on the info section when making a booking. Staff on the boat where nice and there was plenty of seating onboard. But wouldn’t recommend if you want to make a day of it and get off at multiple stops.
